I do not recommend purchasing from Cosentino. I purchased Sensa Gabana quartzite with the leather finish for my kitchen and bath in Dec 2019. I have spent much of the past 4 years working out of town, and I am a single homeowner; this kitchen has hardly been used. Yesterday, 2 Cosentino reps came to my home at the request of the local installer, because my gabana kitchen island (no water in area) has gone from a white/gray/blue to olive green brown. (Kitchen sink area and bath remains white/gray/blue). There is clearly something wrong with the kitchen island piece but they denied seeing anything wrong with the color, while refusing to look at the bathroom counter to compare the color difference. These 2 reps from Cosentino offered a dog and pony show. It was truly apalling, insulting my intelligence, and offered illegitimate excuses. What they did accomplish is wasting my time and lost my respect. read more

Terrible customer service. I didn't get suckered in to buying anything from them, but I did order a quartz sample for $30, which they never sent. I contacted them three times and they refused to answer. But, they sure did bill for the sample plus exorbitant shipping. Forget this company. If they can't be bothered to ship a sample, they sure as heck won't do much for your countertop! read more

Silestone quartz was gorgeous, but after our contractor educated us on Sensa granite - a high quality, maintenance free and more affordable option - we decided to have ADH fabricate and install Sensa granite in our kitchen. Do not buy from this company. They do not honor their warranties. My countertop is dissolving. And they refuse to fix it. Came out looked at it, didn't want to wear a mask in my house, total customer support failure. They're sealant is worthless, they blame it on fishers when they're sealer fails. Lowe's offers no support tells you to contact them even though the warranty still under effect do not buy from them. read more

So this purchase of some granite for my kitchen turned into quite an adventure. It started at Loews - Saw an interesting kitchen mock up with a leather granite finish - very dramatic - Thats when I found out about Cosentino - which is their supplier - So - I sent my contractor up there - he called and said the slabs they have look green - so - I got off my lazy butt and drove to Sacramento. The slab they had didnt look much like the set up at Loews - but while I was there - I saw Amellia Ridge - a dramatic black and white granite - anyway - they only had one slab and I needed 2 - so - I was off to the Union City store- The receptionist there had zero customer service skills and was obsessed with the fact I didnt make an appointment ( excuse me !)- but - after waiting an hour - they allowed me into the warehouse ,, I picked out 2 slabs of what I thought was amelia ridge -but when they filled out my form they put down Negro Indiano - they also told me the slabs I wanted werent available with their 15 year finish they call Sensa - Anyway - I liked what I picked out and decided to go with it - a month later - my fabricator shows up for the installation - on the granite (underside) is stamped - Sensa...- so - I'm not sure what the heck I got - but - It looks pretty good - End of story read more

I found some beautiful pieces of Quartzite for a fantastic price here. However, unfortunately after testing the material I learned it was Marble. Always have your material tested. This was mislabeled and was being sold as quartzite at a premium price. read more

Amazing Experience!!! From start to finish. Our company worked closely with the Cosentino Team to have our Kitchen remodel completed at our office. We walked around the warehouse and within just about an hour had a Dekton color picked out. Next step find a fabricator willing to take on a 17ft Island made out of Dekton, they knew just the fabricator for the job Purestone out of Lodi CA. Owner James Hulstrom came out to our office within just a couple weeks of picking out our stone and completed measurements. We are happy to say that Jim's fabricating team were very clean, thorough and respectful while at our office completing the install just last week. Much thanks to everyone involved in this project especially Jeff Pratt, Emitt Isaacks, Gabriela Berduzco and the rest of the team that assisted. We cant forget our Wonderful Fabricator and his Team - Thank you Purestone and Cosentino!!! We are Very Happy with our Island. read more

Perfection is what you're looking for when you get a new kitchen. Using a natural product like granite, understand that you get what you get. What I'm reviewing is the end result and how I got it. Mallory was easy to work with on the phone and email. Her attitude was that of someone who wanted to help me get my needs met and not like I was some nit picky customer. I have a 10 foot counter plus the overhang, not many slabs would cover that in one piece. She went through the yard of slabs and found the right one for me. She even sent me a picture of the exact slab along with the slab number so I could tell the template team. And we did it, my biggest countertop is one piece! So happy. The other two teams were demolition and templating, and the installers. The demo/templating team was thorough and fast. I had a full backsplash going all the way up to the cabinets, so it was a lot of work. They did such a good job templating, it's a slide in stove, very important to get it right. 29 7/8" Bamm! So good, yes the stove fits. The installers have to make the material actually fit, even if the template isn't perfect. This is my second install of solid counter tops in 15 years (different kitchen), so I knew what to expect. They spent very little time with the finer parts of the work. They mounted my sink perfectly and were even willing to let me mount the disposal in the sink before they started. I opted not to, but even still, they were responsive to all of my concerns, they didn't tell me to just step out of the way and let them handle it. All in all I am fully satisfied with the workmanship and the service. I'll never have to use them again, but I wish I could! read more

If you have a quartz product issue and need to put a claim in, they will get the around warranty they have set in place and not help you. Make sure to read the "fine lines" before you order. Otherwise you will be disappointed. read more
