I have spent much of the past 4 years working out of town, and I am a single homeowner; this kitchen has hardly been used. Yesterday, 2 Cosentino reps came to my home at the request of the local installer, because my gabana kitchen island (no water in area) has gone from a white/gray/blue to olive green brown. (Kitchen sink area and bath remains white/gray/blue). There is clearly something wrong with the kitchen island piece but they denied seeing anything wrong with the color, while refusing to look at the bathroom counter to compare the color difference. These 2 reps from Cosentino offered a dog and pony show. It was truly apalling, insulting my intelligence, and offered illegitimate excuses. What they did accomplish is wasting my time and lost my respect.

Nick would always arrive when he said he was coming, was respectful of our home, discussed any decisions that had to be made explaining our options and any downsides, and best of all did a fantastic job installing our tile. The craftsmanship cannot be beat. I would trust Nick to install any tile that you have anywhere in your home. You will not be disappointed. We begin phase 2 next week and then we loved it so much we have ordered more tile for a phase 3 after that.

Our experience with Roseville Kitchen and Bath was outstanding. We felt they really took the time from day one to help us choose the best products for our kitchen that matched our taste. They were highly knowledgeable on all products and always took the time to answer any questions along the way! The showroom was incredible and made picking out cabinets and counters so easy. The crew we had at our house was professional and extremely nice! This was our first kitchen remodel so it really helped that they could walk us through the entire process. Tony was always available to answer any of my questions which was really helpful. We absolutely love our new kitchen and when people see it they say it looks like something from the HGTV show. We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. They have raised a wonderful family of sons, three of whom are apprenticing with their father in the business. The focus on and pride they have for their family says a lot about how they run Galleria Kitchens and Baths. As construction goes, the project was delayed for several months. Steve Dietz worked with us through our many delays. I worked with Steve Dietz to draw plans for our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area and bar area. I was able to describe what I wanted and Steve made suggestions. We installed Knotty Aldar in our house. The cabinets were built to plans and installed. There were a couple of minor problems with the cabinets but they were fixed immediately. West Pacific Cabinets was easy to work with, did what they said they would do at the price they quoted. In December 2011 I had they build and install an entertainment cabinet and bathroom cabinet in our newly purchased condo. Again, they met our expectations and did the job they said they would do. We had a mix-up on the paint stain that was done to the cabinets so I would suggest direct communication with the painter. In the end, the project was successfully completed and we are happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.for your cabinet needs.
