Meh no attention to detail. Quality is ok but my cabinets and counters aren't even... some areas the slab barely goes over the cabinets and overall just not impressed with the crew... they also over order and try taking all excess back- I had to call the sales guy to explain i paid for it and keeping all backsplash for another project. No folllow up and the sales guy and owner didn't even stop by during or after construction. It's obvious they don't really care after the sale. read more

I have some plumbing to repair. Roseville Kitchen and Bath replaced my flooring. I have laminate flooring. They, according to another contractor did not install it correctly. They should have put a water proofing barrier down first then the laminate. Another example of their extremely poor workmanship. read more

Roseville Kitchen & Bath exceeded all my expectations!! Everything from our initial contact in their expansive showroom to our final meeting (6 months later) was remarkable. They are honest, transparent, fun, and creative. We started with a remodel of our kitchen (after a flood) and ended up having them renovate our entire house: flooring, kitchen, and two bathrooms, painted the entire house and windows, and made it ADA-compliant. What sets them apart is that their construction team is full-time employees. They have the highest integrity and stay on schedule and budget. I only have positive things to say about this company. They installed my Everlights (because I want outdoor Christmas lights all year 'round lol). Kevin and his team are very professional (I completely forgot to ask the other two gentlemen's names but they are equally AWESOME) Only took them 2 days to install the lights around the entire house. They walked me though the entire process and how operate the whole thing. You can remotely control your lights using the Everlight app which is so cool! John also called after the installation to check in with me and if I have any questions. The light came out just as I expected it and beyond. Overall 10/10!! Highly recommend read more

Installed ever lights. 2 months before warranty expired we started having issues. Have not been able to get them to call back/pick up the phone since. Call every 2-3 months to try to get someone on the line. Tread carefully with their ever lights installs. read more

BIG WASTE OF TIME! After getting an estimate from Tony for 2 bathroom remodels we went to the showroom to pick out materials, which took two trips and several hours to do. Tony said he would revise the estimate (which should be close to the original) and get back to us. After two weeks of not hearing from him, we called, texted and emailed and still no response. My husband went back to the showroom week 3, where Tony nonchalantly apologized for not returning our messages and said he'd get the final numbers to us in a few days. It's week 6 and still nothing! If you're in business and behave this way then you should be called out! Shame on you for wasting our time! read more

Came here without looking at the reviews. BIG mistake. Walked into the showroom and was greeted with a hello and then the gentleman went to his office area and talked on the phone. I looked around for about 10 minutes thinking cool hes giving me some time too look around. Well he never came out from his office continued to talk on the phone while his pitbull dog followed me around the store. I got more attention from the dog then him! Talk about poor customer service. I should have read the reviews. I patiently waited to chat with Tony when I arrived to his store so he could deal with a vendor. I set up an appointment a few weeks out. He then came by to survey our kitchen and bathrooms. Waiting patiently for a few weeks for a quote and never got one. Called to follow up and he said something went wrong (sounded fishy) and he would get the quote over to us. Still haven't received it. He could just say he is not Interested and let clients move on. Terrible communication. After reviewing the reviews it seems as though he only interested in certain work. When you have to comment and apologize in social media that many times it should be buyer beware. read more

I met with Tony at the Cal Expo - Home and Landscape show. I was looking for a bathroom remodel and Tony was confident they could provide what I was looking for. I was pretty excited to get this project started. Unfortunately Tony was non-responsive after the show, did not get back to me with a quote, and after several attempts of contacting Tony - he replied back and told me I lived too far away. He could have told me this at the show and not wasted my time! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the very bad customer experience. read more

Walked into the show room today and there were two men standing at the entrance neither wearing masks. We were not greeted or addressed in any way, walked around the show room for about 5-10 minutes opening drawers looking at all the displays. No one ever approached us so we left. Guess their business is doing very well because they don't need to reach out to a customer coming in the door. We weren't just looking we came in with our kitchen dimensions and we're ready to sit down and start designing a kitchen. We will go to a place that will at least greet us coming in the door. read more

I would definitely not recommend this contractor. My project was a simple floor, cabinet installation and cosmetic upgrade. After the cabinets were delivered, it took four months to complete my project that had no structural changes at all. Communication was extremely challenging. My project had numerous and unnecessary delays and complications that could have been easily prevented. I have a laundry list of complaints. In the end my kitchen and additional cabinetry "looked" beautiful but I had a major flood from a new garbage disposal that was installed wrong and I still have a gas leak in my new stove that I'm trying to get fix. As I said, I would not recommend this contractor at all. read more

WARNING...............this is the Worst contractor, Do not hire Tony and his crew. We hired them to renovate our kitchen that has been nothing but headaches, delays, disagreements and issues. Everything from incorrectly measured, wrong size cabinets ordered, cabinets not installed straight, wiring not to code, just to name a few items. I literally could go on for days with all of our issues. Communication was horrible, they showed up when we weren't expecting them and didn't show when we were expecting them. I purchased two sinks from Tony and the problem is with the simple order of a protection grid. For some reason Tony can't seem to find out the status of a simple order. It has been almost 2 months and he won't return my emails, if I get him on the phone he tells me he will follow up the next business day but nothing. I would NEVER go back to him again. He can't even get a small order correct, I can't imagine what would happen if I hired him for a big job. read more
