I was told a provider would call me today to discuss what I should do. Yep no one called me. I was very firm this morning about how bad it felt and that it wasn't normal. I don't mind being farmed out to other practitioners but they should have the same follow-through is the original one. They just dropped the ball so many times. I left them feeling really disappointed. The lack of follow up and follow through was really lacking. When my labs would come back I would have to chase them down to get somebody to call me back. For the amount of money I'm paying I shouldn't have to chase them and continuously call and leave messages to get some type of response. I do not feel they were aggressive enough with my treatment and because I wasn't buying all the add-ons. I feel like I was a waste of their time and they didn't treat me or care the way they should have. I know there is a range of where they want your numbers to be... But some people don't fit that range and sometimes they need more. Everybody's body chemistry is different... hence the customization of the pellets.

Before this process they ask like any care provider your medical history I did state that I have discoid lupus. I was told by the rn it might cause flares. Ok one week went by and sure enough I had a bad reaction around my neck . I called and canceled my appointments and was told a Medical director will call me back, three weeks later I called and still no medical director has not responded. Care credit calls me and tells me I owe 4000 I disputed the bill and was told to wait l. This company charged me 1800 for the procedure that I paid for a special on instagram . What they decided was to makeup for the special they advertised . So I paid in full the special wanting for the appointment canceled before the next 4 appointments and they charged me for the appointment I paid on a special from instagram which is 1800. That's False advertisement. Please do not sign up for care credit from this company or cherry unless you're sure. Integrity means everything. Especially when they also took the money from care credit knowing that I called and did not want too be treated. Be careful!!!!!

This should be the standard for all medical practices. I live in buckeye and made the drive out here, and it was worth it. The instructions that the scheduler gave me for what to do before the initial consultation was more thorough than the other vascular surgeon's place I went to in peoria.
