Thank goodness for their advertising on Facebook because we never would have know this place is directly behind the Sugar Shack which we have been going to for years!! Yeah I know, silly us. Well we found it and are so glad we did! We got the pizza by the slice and it was heated up to perfect crispiness and delicious! Slices are not cut equally so mine was smaller than my husband's so I just got another for $3.25. They have great specials as shown in the pic. While we were there we heard the bartender scold a male customer stating, "First you say I talk to much and now you say I don't talk enough, make up your f**ing mind." She sounded completely upset and put us on high alert. Everything calmed down after that, but it was a strange first visit and makes me not want to sit at the bar. I read after the fact on Yelp a review talking about a female bartender being very rude, wonder if it is the same person. Another thing that was off-putting was it smelled like someone was burning a scented candle or the plug in air fresheners. Yuck! Will give it another go for sure, fingers crossed. read more

Ordered takeout so my living room ambience was perfect BUT did pick up and it is a small town bar with pizza ambiance... The pizzas were really good. I'm a NYCityer so not at that level (crust too thin for me and mozzarella not gooey enough) but Aok. Pepperoni was delicious. Not that crazy about the BBQ chicken but it was tasty. Stopped at Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza on our way back to VT. We had Burgers & Beer. A Carmelized Onion Burger for me and a Bleu Cheese Bacon Burger for Jane. Our meals were good- pretty standard. Restaurant was quiet-it was early-lunch time on Memorial Day- there was probably a parade in town. I have to say that the service was a bit slow considering we sat at the bar and there were virtually no other customers there. Otherwise, no complaints. read more

Pizza is not half as tasty as it was originally. No flavor. Sometimes hard to get waited on even sitting at bar with few customers yet employees sitting around on their phones. Have been there more than once with bartender using terrible language and SO LOUD!!!!! Bathrooms are messy, garbage overflowing. read more

I can't tell you how awesome it is Ramuntos opened in Arlington! And they deliver to our place, which on a cold night, or after a day skiing, is the best! Add to that the pizzas and salads we have had from both the Arlington and Bennington locations have been fantastic. On a par with NY pizza for sure. A guy call out to his friend across the Bar to get his attention and say hi and the bartender scolded him that yelling's not allowed. She never asked anyone if they wanted to order food and it took a painfully long time to get her attention to get the bill. When I paid with my card, she handed me my receipt and said you can go now. I was quiet the whole time & never even complained or said anything til now. Guess she's not use to getting tips because I didn't even have the opportunity to give her one. Did this used to be a Papa Gino's or did the owner used to work at Papa Gino's because the pizza tastes exactly how I remember a Papa Gino's pizza tasted. Not only the taste but the take out box has the same logo but with own name. Pizza was very good. read more

They have great food but they turn off the phones 30 minutes before closing, I understand they don't want a whole bunch of orders at closing but turning the phones off is crazy. It's nice inside but often loud. read more

worst experience ever. there was no seating inside, so they put us outside. told us to grab a menu. bad idea! finally found a table inside. ordered two pizzas. Service was great. All staff was friendly and welcoming even though I had ordered for pickup. Pizza was, at best, meh. There was virtually no color on the bottom and very little bubbling or char on the edge of the crust. As a native New Yorker craving New York-style pizza, this wasn't it by any stretch. I don't really understand the harsh reviews and stingy number of stars for this place. My husband and I go there often and they always do well in service and food and still reasonably priced!! I come here often as it's the only place in Arlington to get food. What is up with how much u put on the pizza? Almost no sauce,cheese, or toppings! I get ur trying to save money but it's not that cheap. Basically it was a crust with bare minimum on it. You could see the crust through the middle. Great friendly staff.
