Absolutely blown away with the service and build quality of my new patio cover from Armando Patios. I could not ask for a better business to deal with. FYI: I'm a returning customer (couldn't believe Armando Patios was not on YELP...found him through a friend a year ago) I love the work Armando Patios provided initially so after saving some more $ my husband and I decided to extend the patio even more and added pavers in the backyard and without hesitations Armando was on it ASAP. I received multiple quotes from different businesses and Armando was the one that made me feel comfortable enough to extend my business to and not to mention affordability that was a plus. He personally came out to my home to give me a quote. My patio was built from ground up literally in a couple of days. I was even comfortable enough to allow him and his crew to work on my patio cover while I was running errands (absolutely trustworthy). Needless to say, they made sure to go beyond my expectations overall but mostly due to a deadline I had because of a bday party I was having at home. Armando is a great guy, he is very fair and honest and did great work. We really needed the patio for our daughters birthday party and only had a week and a half. Armando gave me an estimate same day, while most companies pushed out a week or two for estimates. He ordered the material right away and put it up as soon as we got our HOA approval. You can tell that Armando is a good and honest person. His estimate came in extremely fair. He was always respectful of our home and even communicated with us by text to let us know everything was going as planned. I will definitely be using them again or any future projects. read more

Wow, what a great experience. Called up Armando Patios after reading great reviews on them. Armando came out same day was on time very polite, explained to us the process and showed us all his samples. His price was very affordable. We signed a contract right on the spot. It took less than a week for fabrication of our patio to be made. Once they were done he called us too set up Installation date. Armando and his crew came out on Wednesday at 9:30 am and were done by Noon. Less than 3 hrs. They did an outstanding job, we love our new patio cover.. He could fix what his team ruined on my patio. But I guess since he got payed it doesn't matter to him. He's been ignoring all of my texts ever since I noticed issues with my patio cover. He never showed up to the first estimate but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We wrote up a contract which I signed and it made me feel more at ease. It finally came time to install and be told me he wouldn't be there because he had bigger jobs. I was really uncomfortable with people that I had never even talk to show up at my house to do the install. Still I let them do it because I desperately needed my patio cover installed. The people who did the work were friendly but they were blasting music the entire time. One of the mornings they were there, I couldn't even go to sleep because it was so loud. Honestly I never said anything to the owner because it is what it is. After they left I noticed there was metal shards everywhere, nails in my yard and the wire my husband and I had paid $50 to have his crew run for us was damaged. Also, there were several scratches underneath my patio cover and discolored spots. I've contacted the guy on three separate occasions and he's literally been ignoring me. I guess once he got paid the remainder portion he didn't care anymore. read more

I was in dire need of a new patio especially during this past summer it was too hot to have any parties or get togethers in my backyard. I wanted the patio done well and safely because my kids were going to be playing under it all summer long. My neighbor recommended Armando Patios to us and i couldn't be happier with the decision the patio is done incredibly well and the guys did a beautiful job on everything they left my backyard looking spotless which i was so impressed by because the guy the came to do out pool left a big mess after the job was done and these guys left it looking spotless. Once they get your money, you will never see or hear from them again. They are not as good as their word and WILL NOT return any form of communication, whether email, text or phone call, whether you are polite or not. They do not finish the job and lie through their teeth about structural questions. There is a leak in the middle of the patio where connects to the house. They did not cover the top of the box tubular supports that tie into the house, which probably contributes to the leak. They did not finish sealing the columns. They did not finish painting the structure. They did not pick up their sharp metal screws and pieces of scrap which could have cut the feet of my dogs. Overall, it's a half-assed job. If I had known then what I know now, I would happily pay twice the money at a reputable builder or just NEVER get a patio cover before I would EVER use these losers again. Go find a builder that has an ACTUAL brick and mortar storefront and who can afford to repair and put gas in their vehicles. You will have a much greater chance of quality work and follow-through on what you contract them to do. read more
