Inconsistent. Been going here since it opened. Pizza is always good and so is the chicken parm dinner. Didn't like the veal or eggplant. Primavera used to be fabulous, last couple times i didn't even finish it, brown noodles and not enough flavor in sauce. Cheese steaks do not have enough meat, otherwise pretty good. Strombolis are all dough and cheese, not enough meat. Soups are always fabulous though. Unfortunately the prices really went up. $4 for soup and almost $9 for a cheese steak, $15 for primavera and the quality went down. I think the owner needs to head back in the kitchen or do some serious retraining. Its a shame. read more

This is prolly my top favorite little Restaurant . I've been there many of times .. Service was great . All staff was very friendly .. My all time favorite is the cheese steaks !! I have ordered here for probably about two years and they've gotten the order right every time but the address has gotten confused twice with the house across the street, that however is fine and doesn't bother me but what does bother me is when the one of the delivery drivers tries to argue with me about my address and accuses me of giving the wrong address. His attitude definitely ruined my appetite. read more

When my family and I first moved here two and a half years ago, we tried Armando's and loved it. Since then, we have ordered about five times and it has gotten progressively worse. Not sure what happened. I've heard that there was a new owner but can neither confirm nor deny this. Anyway, the most recent delivery left us without food that we ordered and what we did receive was incorrect. Probably won't be going back, unfortunately. read more

Awful!! Big ball of raw dough, completely undercooked. Staff is rude and unwilling to correct. I always support local business but they must be worthy to support. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza. There's no attitude and I know is cooked through. If you're in Bethlehem I recommend Martilucci's or Lorenzo's, wayyyy better!! read more

Hey this place was pretty, good, my first time trying it. I really liked the way the sauce tasted. I'm Italian so I know a good sauce when I taste one. They had a lot of different toppings they were able to put on the pizza. I like pizza with pineapple and ham. I ordered from them plenty of times. But today is the last time they get my business. My order was old and gross. My pizza had old soggy crust and old cheese that looks like they took off other pizza and just threw it on my pie. The zeppos was hard and old. Nothing was hot upon delivery. Never again. So I have been receiving menu's from this place since they opened and earlier today I decided to give them a try. I should have passed. When I try new pizza places I like to try out their cheese pizza. It's just a thing I do. So I ordered several items planning on eating some for dinner and some for lunch tomorrow. I ordered 1 slice of cheese pizza,a Stromboli,and an italian style hoagie with only mayo,vinegar,and pickle. Meaning no lettuce,tomato,onion,or oil. Kinda weird I know but whatever its how I like it. The young lady that answered the phone was very friendly and took my order and told me it would be 30mins. so 50 mins go by and I call back to check on my food. I am told that it is on the way. About 10mins later it shows up. Keep in mind this place is like 1.1 miles from my house and it was 9:16pm at this point so there was no traffic which tells me that they left after I called. I really wanted to speak my mind to the delivery guy when he rang my bell basically an hour after I called especially since this place charges for delivery which is ridiculous in the first place. I literally could have walked there,made the food myself,and walked home faster then they were able to delivery my food. So i take the food in the house and immediately go for the slice of cheese pizza because it was readily available and I was very hungry at this point. I must say the pizza was actually really good. So I move on to the hoagie and as soon as I opened the bag I could smell the onions and already knew that they screwed up my order even after the kind young lady repeated it to me perfectly. So at this point I am really annoyed and had it not been so late I would have gotten in my car and driven the mile just to throw it at them and demand they make me another one properly. I almost called but decided not to make a scene and just to write them a lovely yelp review. So after I take all the crap that I didn't want off of the hoagie and my hands and sandwich wreak of onion which I can't friggin stand I take a bit into the soggy ass bread and besides the vinegar I basically taste nothing. The meat was obviously very low quality. The ham had no flavor at all,I couldn't taste any spice from the capicola,even the salami barely had any flavor. I have had better hoagies from a run down gas station. So I eat a little bit of the hoagie and decide to move on to the Stromboli which looked delicious in the picture. The sauce they provided was good but the Stromboli itself was eh. There was very little meat in it. To give you an idea most Stromboli's are puffy especially in the center from all of the fillings. This thing was flat more like a stuffed pizza with very little stuffing. The funny thing about this is the place is called Armando's Express Pizza. There is nothing express about getting your food an hour later especially when you are so close. Needless to say I will never be ordering from here again and have already thrown out your menu and will continue to do so with all new ones that you send me. read more
