After many recommendations I stopped in to Pino's in Easton to try the Sicilian slice. I waited 15 minutes because they were getting another one ready to go into the oven and I wanted it fresh. The slice and a 20oz soda was exactly $5. This was far better than the last place I went (I want to say it was Georges) where dozens of people claimed it would be the best I ever had. Good amount of cheese, the sauce had good flavor, nice crispiness to the crust while the center was still airy and light. Awful service. I asked if I could customize a salad. Waiter said as long as it was on the menu. I was delivered different then I ordered . I later asked for tomatoes that I orderrs along with the roasted veggies. He told me I he couldn't do that. I said then just tomato, no tomatoes I was told. I was charged $15 for romaine lettuce, grilled chicken and 1/4 cup buffalo mozzarella (no dressing, no tomatoes, croutons, or any other veggies) Wtf you are a pizzeria. First, I've been a long time customer and this has always been my favorite go to for pizza and wings....I am all about supporting local small business but I think today was the last straw. This place has steadily gone down hill. Placed an order for buffalo wings and cheese fries. Was told it would be :30-45 minutes. Food arrived in :30 minutes. Awesome, or so I thought. Opened the order and they didn't include the sauce for the buffalo wings. Called them up and got a lackluster " don't know what happened but it will be a little while for them to be back with the sauce for the wings..." Ok, I'll wait. An hour and twenty minutes later and still no sauce and now ice cold wings that are going in the garbage. Not the first time either. Out with my boo for the weekend in the lovely city of Pennsylvania, we wanted a quick bite to eat. With Pino's right up the road, there was no other choice we could think of. Ordering some cheesesteaks (beef & chicken) and a grilled chicken salad to go, we waited about 20 minutes for the order to be ready. When we got home, the sandwiches were huge but they were kind of cheap on the cheese and didn't give any bread with the salad. Service was definitely with a smile and the chicken was grilled to perfection on the salad. I can't complain really. I would definitely return back on my next visit. They are known for the deliveries in Easton and have MANY drivers employed to make sure you get your food in a timely matter while it is still piping hot. read more

I REALLY try hard NOT to leave negative reviews (especially with small family owned businesses) Unfortunately I have to update my review since my last one. It seems as if Pino's has been using old ingredients or something. Not only does it taste like they do but me and my husbands intestines and digestive track seem to agree. Used to order from here monthly for my office. Person taking my order was short with me and more concerned with the amount of money I was going to tip on my credit card. We did not receive our plates or garlic knots. When I called back the man on the phone said I did not order them. He then looked at my ticket and remarked that I did order them and he could not read the writing. Food here has always been good but I will not support a local business who does not appreciate their customers. Looks like its time to find a new pizza place to feed my team! read more

First time ordering for delivery from here last night and it was good. Caesar Salad and lasagne. Both portions were very big. The salad could have had a little more flare to it however the lettuce was fresh. The lasagne was very large. Once again basic sauce. Could have had more seasoning. Location: Completely a pain in the neck to get to unless you are familiar with South Side of Easton. It's located across a sea of cracked asphalt in a strip mall that has seen better days, like maybe the early '70s. The restaurant space is a decent "slice place" that was clean enough but with the typical odd layout. A more dignified dining room was located off of the main space for those wanting a red tumbler-style restaurant experience. Service: It's a slice place. They were cordial but not especially pleasant; that being said I've experienced worse. Food: Meh. Maybe I'm spoiled from having lived and worked in Trenton, NJ, home of the incredible tomato pie (see my It's Nutts - Titusville, NJ review). Anyhow, I've had plenty of pies like this. Too much chewy cheese, watery sauce that soaked into the thick, underdone, spongy dough and a pool of oil in the soggy center. I guess people get used to eating this kind of thing and like it enough to keep them in business, but I thought it was mediocre at best. Price: What you would expect...no more no less. Overall: "Winner" of the Express-Times Pizza Showdown for Easton. Not sure how, but Okay, not everyone gets to experience a truly excellent pie like the Tomato Pie they serve down in Trenton, NJ. The Lehigh Valley is quirky like that, like how they serve sauce and onions standard on cheese steaks, among other things. Anyhow, I've been to a hundred places like this, and none are memorable. So i called pinos Sunday night at 9:30 thirty minutes before they close he told me they were not taking any more orders because they only had two delivery drivers and it would be a 2hour delivery time he was very rude if your business says online they do not close until 10 they should stop taking orders then not 30 minutes before and to the guy who answered the phone (very strong accent) if your not happy with your job don't work there and be rude to people that are paying your salary it won't stop me from going to pinos because you have the best pizza in Easton area but you need to repost your hours and hire nicer help the heavy set guy who's worked there forever is always very nice though and helping just fyi. read more

I've been ordering pino's for many years. My family has always been a fan of their sicilian. Sure, there are some better places out there, but pinos delivers, which is a huge plus for me. Last night was one of the worst experiences. Ordered food pizza, spaghetti, blt wrap and 2 cheesesteaks. 50.00 bucks! I don't mind paying for decent food, but come on, from a pizza place in south side? I could have sat down with my family somewhere for that. When I calculated I was expecting 40. So I questioned it. I was told their prices went up and they will send me a new menu. Get the food, and of course check prices. Still overpaid, not by much, but I am all for good business. Call back. Was told nope, it was right. I ordered our pizza with 2 different half toppings. They charge extra for that, um, ok. Then the blt wrap. My menu said 3.00. New menu, 3.99. I was charge 6.50! I said, it's listed under the category, sandwichs and wraps. Underneath that, listed blt 3.99. He said, but under that it says gyro and turkey wrap and that says 6.50. Say what? Most places you get a choice of bread or wrap, which was my thinking. Why wouldn't they list it as blt wrap. Very deceiving. He acted like it was my fault, I should have known. I was just going by the menu. And even besides that, pizza was horrible. Got regular style with sliced tomatoes. They were cut so thin, they were dried out after cooking and you could hardly taste them. But the cheese and sauce weren't good anyway, went in the garbage. Next time, I won't be so lazy and drive to LaBella's or Franks and get good food and great service if I'm going to be paying decent money. read more

They over charged my card, and when I called them about it they played stupid! So, I cancelled my order and they slammed the phone up on me!!! I ordered at 8:00, November 2nd. I ordered two cheesesteaks, an order of mozzarella sticks, that came with no sauce.... way over done.... and i ordered corn nuggets which came about 7 in the bag, probably for over 5$ and they were hard as a rock, like chips. I asked for the delivery driver to call before coming to the door, specifically because my dog is aggressive, and of course the delivery driver rings the door bell, which was suppose to be avoided. i will never order pino's again!!! they have went downhill within the past couple months!!!! read more

I'm only giving three stars because this is literally the ONLY place that delivers up where we live. That being said, the food is good. Their Italian dinners are far better than their pizza. The garlic knots will keep your belly full and vampires at bay for days. Those alone are worth ordering. My only complaint is purely an opinion. They use steak fries and I am not a fan. They are cooked well and are good quality I just prefer regular cut fries. The people that take the orders are knowledgeable about their offerings and provide an order total when asked. I always ask because we did have a driver that caused us some unease. Good food, decent staff and delivery. Worth all 3 stars. read more

A classic south side establishment. I've lived away from the area but had a chance to stop in today. First time I've been in the place since 1980 when Food Lane was next door. I had a very tasty roast beef hoagie - the meat was tender and the roll was warm and delicious. My son was very pleased with his meatball sub. It was 9pm when I realized we hadn't eaten dinner. One of us is gluten-free so I didn't even think delivery was an option but we went on the Pino's website to see what they had. GLUTEN FREE PIZZA? No way! So we ordered 2 - Hawaiian and White Broccoli. It was $28 but we were willing to give it a try, as I have yet to find a decent tasting GF pizza in the freezer section of the grocery store. When the pizza arrived, I was so amused to see they include these cute little plastic pizza cutters! The Hawaiian was OK, but the White Broccoli was delicious!!! Had a lot of flavor, crust was crispy and didn't leave a weird after taste like a lot of GF pizzas. This pizza totally MADE MY DAY! Thank you, Pinos!!! so I order a cheese steak with sauce only and when I got it, it was soggy and had mold on it. when I went to tell them about it the person on the phone was arguing with me saying that there was no mold on it and insisted for a driver to come by and check it out. I live about 20 to 30 minutes away from pinos so when I found it I through it out. I didn't want mold just sitting out like that. so I called back and asked for the manager and I told her what happen. she gave me the owner and it was the same guy being rude to me and arguing with me. he said because I threw the sandwich away he doesn't mind me not going back there ever again. worse experience ever read more

I work close by. I eat here a few times a week and I love it. I was born and raised in NY and have had the finest NY has to offer as far as pizza goes. This place can hold it's own with most NY pizza establishments. Their plain pizza is consistent and has a delicious crust. The sauce and cheese are a-ok too. I particularly like their Chicken Bacon Ranch specialty slices. This is by far the best pizza in the Lehigh Valley in my humble opinion. read more
