Came to this body shop to realign the door on my Lexus (the door is slightly sagging and sitting too low, it's hitting the latch when you try to close it) When asked the owner Armen he responded with so much of confidence pretending it's an easy fix he seemed knowledgeable about what is he going to do so the door closes perfectly!! After 5 minutes you see him holding the door forcing it using a leverage metal tools against the hinges like he is about to brake it from the hinges!! Seeing him doing that shocked me and prompted me to intervene telling him I came to you to loosen the bolts and align the door not to dent it! He proceeds saying Don't Worry Don't worry i know what I'm doing!! After 10 minutes from excessive force against the hinge and him opens and close the door 100 times it is obviously it went way out of alignment and worse than before. Armen is like don't worry I'm not going to charge you !!! This guy is a total ignorant that think himself he can do body work on cars and opens a shop. Driving off his shop now the sensor for door open with warning peeping sound is On the entire time while driving my car even with the door completely closed!! Watch out guys for this shop And Mr.Armen find yourself another hobby or go retire because you suck big time and does not know what you doing. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Armen's for many years now. I gotta say, if you're looking for an honest mechanic, he and his crew are what you're looking for. I recently had an oil leak in my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I know enough about cars to understand conceptually what's going on, and also enough to know when I shouldn't be the one to undertake the work myself. It was originally estimated to be a two day job, which involves installing a new gasket. But, it's an old vehicle. As Armen and his mechanics started the repair, they found more issues. True to his word, he honored the original price, even though this repair was probably wound up being at cost for him. Thanks, Armen! Now full service and he is still Hands-On on all repairs, nothing gets left to a rookie, you don't find this very often. His prices are based upon the work done, not just based upon a general hourly rate for a type of job, that saves a lot of money. I've done body work for 30% less than the insurance estimate. I went to Firsestone for an oil change and had them rotate my tires and check my car. Ended up with a list of "recommended" services to my vehicle totaling around $2300. They said my brakes needed to be changed urgently since there was 2mm remaining. Decided to go to Armen's shop and they charged me for the stuff I needed (only brake pads). He was even nice and honest enough to tell me I only needed the front brakes done instead of both front and rear. Very fair price especially for the speed of service and quality. My car had issues with it's engine because I made the mistake of pouring too much oil into the engine and bringing it down. Yes, I know, IDIOT! It was an honest mistake that cost me 2k minimum, lots of tears and an expensive learning lesson. Note to self, let someone else do the oil for the engine if you don't know.After the tears dried, I needed my car fixed STAT! I was referred to Armen's by my dad who knows the inside scoop on where to go and had the car towed there. Over 40 miles! Yes, 40 and now I know why! Armen and his staff were professional, honest, upfront and no up-selling with unnecessary issues. When one finds a legit place to fix your car that is trust worthy and wont empty your wallet, I say DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Fast forward 2 months later. As I was traveling, Dad decided to use my car and go past the mileage needed to change the oil. Back to Armen's I go! On my way there, I noticed a funny sound going on with my brakes. Like the pro that he is, before I could tell him, he asked me about the sound. I asked him about my brakes put my car up and inspected it realizing that my brakes and rotors also needed to be changed to be on the safe side. After about an hour, I had my oil changed, my brakes & rotors replaced and now my car is purring like a cat. This is the place to go for all your car needs! There is a sitting area that one can hang out and wait until your car is serviced. I appreciate his upfront and honest business practices. I appreciate his staffs skill with identifying and fixing all the issues, and putting a guarantee on his work. I recommend this location, and will consider him my fairy "car-father" for my cars needs! Along with Sam's Auto Glass in Stanton for my cars windows needs! These two places should be bookmarked for OC yelpers! Very Unprofessional and Scammers. I came here just to confirm that my main relay needed to be replaced because my car wouldn't start when it was hot, so I asked them to use the device to check the code. They didnt take me serious and ignored me for a few minutes while they just kept talking (I should point out it was 2 Hispanic men in case you meet them at the shop). Finally, they told me it was reading code 1740 which is a transmission problem. I decided to give them another chance to take back their lie, but nope, they said my whole transmission needed to be replaced. My check engine light wasnt even on, so there was no way there was a code. I was like WTF. I feel bad for whoever they were able to scam out of unnecessarily expensive repairs. This guy said he replaced all my spark plugs, repaired my ignition coil, my gasket valve covers and my car would pass smog, in the end none of this was fixed and my car failed smog again so he had to cheat it with the guy that has a shop behind his, wasted my time and took 700 bucks, I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies, fucking guy did horrible work even on my friends car.
