So I had a super minor accident like it was literally just my bumper but it is a 2025 & I have owned it literally less than 40 days. I was happy with the intake (yes went through my insurance & this was recommended) they were great knew that this was a super new car & the intake human; Jessie (come to find out was a manager) was talking to me about the car the whole time. I dropped the car off Friday afternoon (during the heatwave so AC was blasting). I honestly went about the issues with rental & everything else. Saturday early morning at 1am I look at the app because I realize that I had a notification and while my car was locked my front windows were down. I lost it why would you roll windows down in a brand new leather car! So I decided the Sunday I was going to drive by location to see if maybe they were cracked like the app doesn't know the difference between cracked & all the way down. They were all the way down so yeah to say I was pissed off was an understatement. I set an alarm and called them Monday said please do not touch my car I will be coming to get it was very clear with everyone I talked too about not touching the vehicle and it some how translated too please clean my car out, before I get the car (which was literally a couple hours later). Just know that I would have loved to leave a good review but even with going through insurance the underwriter for this location was a rude when I told him I was leaving and why tried to make it seem like this is standard- standard moving car yes standard to roll down windows for 2/3 days no. I know for sure that there was some kind of animal in the vehicle because while they cleaned it they did know that the second row moves to expose a floor base for the third floor (which had a bunch of animal hair and crap). I also had to reinstall my camera for my daughter seat. read more

Definitely not a place I'll ever go back to. I had to go back at least 5x for the poor quality workmanship. I wish I would've taken more pictures of work done. Parts didn't line up like they should have. They put in an aftermarket grille that didn't even remotely line line like it should. I had them order an OEM grille to make look better and I won't be surprised if other parts aren't OEM which explains why things didn't line up properly. They took over 2 months to replace the grill. I was told it was back ordered and they would call me when they got it. I called Toyota and it was in stock that day, so I knew I was getting lied to. My original quote was just over 2k, yet they charged my insurance company over 5k for changing parts they originally didn't need to change. I'm glad it wasn't out of my pocket. I have no idea why my insurance recommended them in the first place. I went back last week to finally finish their work and mentioned my radio wasn't working. I was told the original job wouldn't take more than 3 hours. I accepted the 3 hours but I didn't get my truck back for over 7 hours and they radio still didn't work. I was told that is why it took over 7 hours instead of 3 hours. They obviously didn't want to get me a rental like they should have. I took my truck to Best Buy to look at the radio and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes because someone unplugged it at the shop which they shouldn't have taken my dashboard apart anyway for the work they did. I had my car worked on here from a small collision back in 2022. Had to take back because the clear coat was bubbling. They took it back no problem. With in the past month, I noticed the paint was cracking/chipping and they said it was due to the license plate. There is no damage to the license plate that would make the paint crack like that. Two months to find out about the part that was suppose to be ordered in April 2nd, 2025 and now it is June 2, 2025 and as the customer I'm the one who has to call and find out if my part has been ordered or if they have already received it. Worst experience ever. I did some pretty major damage to my car. I did not expect it to be simple at all however I did not expect it to be that horrible. They did not communicate with me or the insurance at all. I should have known from the beginning when they said they knew nothing about my car. Its in the lot and insurance verified with someone that all paperwork was received. It took a whole month for the repair! And all the while I was paying out of pocket for a rental. They did not reach out to me once to let me know the progress. I had to call them. After 2 weeks I called to see if they knew how much longer till completion. They informed me that they had not started the repair yet. They were allegedly waiting for a part. Honda world had it. But I could not change shops as my car was already apart. When it was done 2 weeks later, I went to pick it up. All windows were down. There were 4 tires placed in my back seat on the upholstery. They said they i would need to dispose of them myself. I wrnt home and when I looked closer, the tires were not even from my car. I drove them back to inform them that they are responsible for disposal. They took them. Then I realized that my wheel emblems were gone. They said they would order them because they lost them. Wtf. I kept calling about them and never did get them replaced. We are now 9 months later and upon taking my car for an oil change and inspection to the dealership, I was informed that this saga continues. All my lights are on and some of the assist features do not work. The dealership tells me that this can be caused by some sort of impact. So I said I hit a curb and destroyed the whole side of my car. But it was repaired. He also noted that the wear on my tires is completely uneven. Left is a 4 . Right is at 7. So i was advised to go back to the repair shop to have them.Look at it. So it was not even repaired properly? Am I even safe to be driving it. Who knows. read more

Don't bother taking your car here. I brought my car here after my accident and trusted the reviews but boy was I wrong. Got my car back after 10 days and noticed my driver door wasn't put on correctly. The bottom of the door was still popping out. I also noticed a loud noise when I was driving as if my windows were rolled down. I called the shop and they asked me to take it back which I did. I got a call the same day I dropped it off asking me to pick it up. They said they fixed my door and had an idea where the noise was coming from and asked that i drop it back off in a week when the technician returns from vacation. My car was dropped off to me which i was grateful for. Then i noticed the window was put on wrong and the door still wasn't put on correctly. I ended up taking my car to Caliber collision. Caliber collision advised me that they had to undo what crash champions did to see what work had been done. Then i get an email from caliber collision that the center post of my door was still pushed in from the accident. The GM at crash champions did offer to fix my car and said he would triple check the car before releasing it to me which i feel should have been done the first time before giving the car back. I'm very appreciative of that but declined the offer because I didn't want to take the car back with doubts that it may not be done correctly for a 3rd time. Can you believe bumper cover repair took me 2 months? Yes it really happened. Never heard about this place until my insurance recommended. My car's damage was very minor. All they need to do was order some parts and replace it which even I could do myself. No welding or metal job at all. This shop's job quality is compatible with a mobile repair dude. I have to tell them what to do for complete the repair. It was literally baby sitting some amateur. Shitty assembly, shitty paint job, missing parts here and there, doesn't even check their work is complete or not. They just give back the car with incomplete repair. They even lie to insurance and customer. My car headlight did not had any damage but they claim it to insurance for replacement. My car was vandalized (both passenger windows were broken & the inside panel of the rear passenger door was damaged). GEICO steered me here to one of its approved shops. BTW, GEICO is very shady, because CA law allows you to have your car fixed at the shop of your choice. However, if you choose a non-GEICO shop for non-body repairs, you have to pay out-of-pocket and seek reimbursement. GEICO also tells you that a GEICO approved shop will result in faster repairs: A total lie!!! Pacific Elite first said my car would be ready on Mon, after obtaining a quote on the previous Fri. However, the bulk of parts were not available until Wed. In addition, some additional parts were needed. The job wasn't completed until Thu just prior to closing @ 5:30. Nonetheless, they did use all OEM Ford parts. During walkthrough, I noticed some minor oversights: A couple pieces of broken glass on the rear passenger seat & the car was not dried well after washing. Additionally, this shop was not proactive about keeping me informed of the status of the repairs. I was about to give 3 Stars, until I noticed they had re-tinted both passenger windows. The foregoing saved me time and money, so I upgraded one star. This place is not conveniently located, but they do a fair job and went the extra mile with the tint job. read more

A neighbor hit my car while it was parked so my left side panel had to be replaced. The neighbor recommended this shop and I met Lenny. He was amazing!!! And so helpful! He helped me understand the "language" of the estimate so I could give it to the neighbor. Along with that, my left tail light and bumper were broken from a separate, prior damage. I took my 2004 Ford Expedition to Crash Champions in Stanton, Ca to have repairs done to my rear bumper, trailer hitch and wiring through Geico insurance because I was rear ended on the freeway. I had a great experience at Crash Champions. I was first greeted by Yoana Islas at their lobby desk. She answered some initial questions I had, and checked me into their system. I was then met by Jesus Gutierrez who was my service advisor and we conducted a walkaround of my vehicle. He noted all the damage the accident had caused to my vehicle and assured me he and his crew would repair my vehicle and get it back to me in a timely manner. Jonathan Luna contacted me over the phone and advised me they were having a problem finding a rear bumper for my Expedition because it was an older model and the bumper was no longer being manufactured and was obsolete. He told me he would keep on trying to look for one, and extend his search to other OEM  Ford dealerships with a parts departments outside of California. A day later,  Jonathan called me and told me he had found a brand new bumper out of state and was being shipped to his location. Upon picking up my vehicle, Yoana printed out the final paperwork and handed them, and my Expedition keys back to me. And to top it off, Juan Nunez "Manny" Cleaned up my vehicle so well that it shined inside and out.
