Great as always! Had the mango matcha with no dairy. The server was initially a bit confused but quickly figured out what I was asking for. The vibes are always good as they are dog friendly.

Friendly staff, beautiful space. I ordered a 20oz iced matcha with almond milk add spiced chai and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla. (My usual matcha order everywhere) my Husband ordered a 20oz iced latte with standard milk and an almond croissant. The total before tip was just under $25 which I felt was steep and more than we would usually pay. The matcha was refreshing and delicious, just perfect. My husband enjoyed his coffee, noting that it was bold and smooth and tasted fresh. He was given the wrong pastry but said it was delicious whatever it was. Will definitely be back but not too often with the prices.

Came on a Sunday early evening. Had my laptop with me to do some work and grabbed a nice Old fashion instead coffee. My second time here and I like it. Cute setup. Everyone there seemed to be working on their laptop so it was a chill vibe. They have music playing too which is cool because I left my headphones this day. I gave 4 stars because the bathroom was out of order and of all days I needed to use lol. Great place though.

This was our first stop after landing in Seattle and we decided to get some coffee here. I ordered the Iced Orange Cardamom Latte and I was really intrigued how they managed to balance such strong flavors with the espresso. It was on the bitter side but the syrups helped sweeten it. My only gripe with it is that it had max 30 minutes before the water melted and the bitterness made it almost undrinkable. The interior was very pretty and the heaters were much appreciated.

I'm always on the look out for coffeeshops where I can sit down and get some work done, and that's exactly what I did yesterday. Armistice Coffee Roasters has a good amount of seating, not just indoors but outdoors as well. Service was also very friendly, it was my first time there so I asked the staff what was their signature drinks and they had a few seasonals to choose from. Very helpful in suggesting which coffee to get, and I ended up choosing the seasonal Lavender Salted Caramel Latte. I would recommend this drink if you're more into sweeter sips, although my first sip had a big sea salt piece which caught me by surprise. Luckily I love sea salt, but if that isn't your vibe then I would suggest ordering something else. The rest of the latte after giving it a good stir was nice and silky, and overall enjoyable. Wifi was great for me, the environment was calm (other than the occasional heavy clanking taps that I assume baristas are chucking out the old grounds), and it just felt like quite a productive space. While I'll always be checking out more coffeeshops in the city, Armistice may very well become my go-to when I need to grind some work (get it, grind? like coffee grinds... I gotta stop making with the puns lol).

This is a great place to grab coffee and a drink. It's nice inside but can get busy. The coffee is awesome. I'll be back soon to get my fix!

We ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich, a bacon ranch sandwich, a spiced chai latte, and salted caramel latte. The breakfast sandwich was yummy, but still cold in the middle even though it was heated up. The bacon ranch was good, it was on a yummy 6-8inch baguette, but needed a little more ranch. The chai latte was delicious. The salted caramel latte was not extraordinary, but still good. Could've used more flavor and salt, especially if it's a whole dollar to add a flavor, which is a bit excessive in my opinion. The service was fast, though we came on the Labor Day holiday so it might've been less crowded than normal. The ambiance was amazing. Hung out at a table and played some cards for a little while! Very convenient to get to via the lightrail.

Had to move cafes to finish up some work and came here. Was unsure at first glance because it looked packed but upon entering, there were a few empty spaces to do work. There is a parking lot directly across though I don't believe it's associated. Street parking was not too bad on a Monday afternoon. Energy was pretty high and on a hot day, the air conditioning inside was a blessing. Iced Matcha - default sweetened and done perfectly. It's slightly sweet while allowing the matcha to shine. Powder is ground finely and there was no residue or particles evident. Balance of matcha and milk was pretty good, only slightly leaning towards the milk.

Horrible breakfast sandwich and mediocre service. This place is very aesthetic - cute neighborhood roastery vibes. BUT the sausage breakfast sandwich was honestly so terrible, it ruined my entire visit and this review... This place obviously specializes in coffee and I think a mocha (or something more rich) would have done it justice! The beans seem to have a lot of flavor, but I got an iced vanilla latte and it was quite bitter and not sweet enough. Charging $7.50 for a the smallest breakfast sandwich you've ever seen is absolutely wild work. With only a slice of cheese and a simple egg/sausage patty, it was incredibly dry and tasteless. I was expecting something much larger with more toppings or flavor for that price. It just feels like a money grab at that point...like why even have it on the menu? I hate leaving bad reviews, but Seattle coffee shops need to seriously reconsider pricing things like this, or at least the quality of food if they expect customers to keep coming back.

This is the second time coming here, the atmosphere is great BUT the coffee is not it. Both times have ordered different drinks. It's missing flavor and it's actually really expensive for a cup of coffee; $9+. Service is ok, not a long wait time for your drink.

Pros - The interior is beautiful and uniquely set up. Nice fireplace and outdoor seats as well. Vanilla latte was "pretty good" said the BF. Cons - The music was so loud, it's not a good place to work and definitely not a good place to take meetings. In addition to that Wi-fi is very spotty. I had to drop out of a few of my meetings. Street parking.

    Smores Mocha (16 oz)
    Carol L.

I respect coffee shops that roast their own coffee beans, but as a cafe, Armistice was pretty lackluster. For one, their wifi was broken, which made working at the cafe impossible. They were also out of whipped cream, even though one of their seasonal signature drinks, the Smores mocha, uses whipped cream as a key ingredient. I ordered it anyways (see photo) and they did provide a 50¢ discount after we asked because they were out of whipped cream. It cost $8.54 for an iced 16oz drink with oat milk, which is ridiculous, because it means originally it would be $9+ for a single coffee. They charge an additional $1 for milk alternatives, which is pretty steep as many other coffee shops only charge 50¢. It tasted just ok, and the marshmallows were really just decor that didn't add anything to the drink. If it were toasted, that would make it more s'mores like. I'm overall disappointed. There is only street parking available. There is a number of seating options, from table to bar to bench. There is self-serve water available. The music was pretty loud, but the loudest thing was the barista slamming the portafilter against something which made a loud banging noise every time espresso was made. I wouldn't recommend this cafe to sit and work in, but it's fine if you need a coffee.

All the drinks were ordered were quick and tasty. For those that cannot drink beer, they do have Twisted Tea on tap which is somewhat carbonated which is fun, unique and refreshing. Went on a weeknight, and saw that they had Blanton's. May be the cheapest price for a pour of it in town. Since it was only a few bucks more than a standard bourbon and coke, asked for a Blanton's and coke, which got some laughter, good played heckling and jokes from the bartenders. (obviously I corrected myself and did not get it with coke). Pool tables look nice and in good condition. Lines for a table were pretty long, but there was a group for a birthday party there squatting on one of the tables all night. The cook in the back seemed a bit gruff and muttered something at my wife when he was trying to book it back to the kitchen in a crowded bar. Seemed unnecessary, but still, overall the staff was great. Would go back!

It just needs a jukebox and for smoking to be allowed. Beers are cheap, especially the large bierstein drafts you can get for like 8 bucks, where as a pint anywhere else would cost you the Same. Food is also pretty inexpensive. Even in my last visit they lump my tab with my friend but a pint, ginger ale (my friend skipped beer this visit) and an order of chicken tenders was like $17, I was surprised. The outdoor patio is nice and there is a fair amount of seating inside. Some of the downsides are the staff can be hit and miss and there is only one register so lines for drinks can get long, fast. If you see the line short, jump then if you can. Besides that Lenys is like my favorite dive bar - cheap drinks and food, sports and good atmosphere.

Lots of great seating options both inside and out. The views of downtown Seattle and Bellevue were EPIC. The staff were very friendly as well! I have to say, for the price the food and drinks weren't at the level I expected. We ordered nachos, crab Rangoon dip, and pretzel bites. The nachos were probably our favorite, but they weren't anything special for $22. The Rangoon dip was mostly cream cheese and barely had any flavor. I think they were depending on the nori chips to bridge the gap, but those didn't taste the greatest. Finally the pretzel bites were okay, but nothing I couldn't get at another gastropub for a much lower price. The drinks were fine, but not that strong.
