I've been coming to Armonia Kitchen pretty much since they opened, and years later I still come about once a week. It's easily one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots in PB whether I'm grabbing something quickly on my way to work or having a cute morning brunch with the girls. The food is always fresh and delicious, everything is beautifully presented, and the staff is always so sweet and helpful. The space itself is on the smaller side with both indoor and outdoor seating, but that's honestly part of its charm. It's cozy, intimate, and almost feels like you're going over to someone's cute house for breakfast. It's one of my favorite spots for a morning with the girls or even a birthday brunch. My two favorites are definitely the protein pancakes and the chicken tacos with coleslaw instead of beans they honestly fight for the #1 spot depending on the day I also love the pesto eggplant sandwich, mahi tacos, and chilaquiles. And if you love tacos, definitely come on a Tuesday because they're 50% off for Taco Tuesday! As a personal trainer, one of the things I appreciate most is that they list the protein content of different menu items. I recommend Armonia to my clients all the time because it's somewhere you can find nutritious, balanced options that actually taste amazing. I came here on a whim--I was seeking a vegan breakfast burrito and decided to give it a try. I didn't get a chance to read others reviews first but did notice that they had a stellar Yelp rating, so here goes: Armonía Kitchen has a cute little cafe like feel to it. You walk up and order at the counter and then take a seat. Space is very limited inside--one or two high tops and a few regular tables. They also offer outdoor seating with a nice patina garden vibe out front adjacent to Garnet. I was a little confused by the menu and asked if it was a vegan restaurant. They explained it is not but that they have plenty of plant based options. I ordered the mushroom carnitas Skinny Burritos and a Chaga Latte. The burritos were good but not what I expected. They are smaller burritos (yet very filling--one was more than enough for me). Very savory. My brain was confused though. Don't get me wrong, they were tasty, but there is something I can't put my finger on that didn't work for me. The ingredients were all very fresh and love the fact there was guacamole included in the burritos. The Chaga Latte was among the best I've had. They make their own Chaga powder here and I could feel the difference. It was a little sweet for my taste but the mushrooms were potent and I felt great after just a few sips. I informed the staff that I have a cashew allergy before ordering. Despite being told they would accommodate me, I had an allergic reaction after my meal from what was clearly cross contamination. When I brought this to the manager's attention and asked for a refund, I was dismissed -- they said they "did their best" and implied that because I finished my food the reaction wasn't valid. If you have a serious food allergy, I would not trust this restaurant to keep you safe. A disclosed allergy should trigger serious precautions in any kitchen. I had a Mexican cashew chipotle breakfast sandwich, it tastes really plain, I feel I can easily make one like this from the things in my fridge at home. It's not really worthy the price. Delicious plus charm...nothing not to love about this spot on the main drag of Garnet Ave in Pacific Beach. My friend and I picked one of the 5 tables outside and had no problem carrying on a conversation with the quiet traffic passing by. Lunch was delicious. She had the chilaquiles with an egg and I had the machaca burritos. Great flavor. Beautiful presentation. And can I rave for a moment about the strawberry lemonade? I adore this place! Not only is the food DELICIOUS and dietary-restriction friendly, but the staff are always so kind and happy no matter how busy it is. This is a great place if you're on a diet. Got the breakfast skinny burritos--and they are not kidding when they say skinny. You get two, but they're the length of an iPhone or the handle of a fork, and as skinny as a cholula hot sauce bottle or barely bigger than the diameter of a churro. Ten bites and you're done. Comes with a ramekin of beans and a ramekin of sauce. $19 for egg and cheese; $26 if you add a small layer of avocado plus bits of turkey bacon. What got me was the $3.50 charge for the avo. Expect to leave hungry if all you order is a $26 skinny burritos. That said, their smoothies are AMAZING ($9 for like 20 oz of incredible goodness). Can't recommend the Papaya Sunrise enough, and thank god I got it because it's the only reason I didn't leave famished. Came for the burritos, stayed for the juice. Service is excellent. read more

They have a of options to fit whatever you're craving like drinks, vegan, protein, etc. I got the chicken bowl with veggies and greens.
