I used Arnoni Moving Services in February 2026. At the time, I paid for the moving service and they completed their job. During the move, they lost two of my controllers. When I sent an email, they denied losing any items and did not provide any assistance with fixing the issue. On July 2026, I was charged by the same company when I had not signed any contracts with them or requested any services. I attempted to call the numbers listed and they were either disconnected, or the voicemail box was full. I sent a DM on Instagram and did not get a response. I believe that the company is doing fraudulent charges to previous customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING SERVICES. read more

They just charged my card an unauthorized amount when I have a fully paid invoice from when they helped us move over a month ago! And now they're charged 2x the amount and we haven't even used them since. We literally moved out of state and now there's a pending transaction on my card and they won't reply to any of my email or phone calls. Scammers! Fully disputing with my cc company. This is mostly to add to Arnoni Moving Service as Furniture Movers. I had just received a shipment of furniture that was too heavy for one person to take care of and I wanted to clear it prior to taking a trip for the holidays. I reached out to several moving companies who gave me various quotes. All mostly range between $120 - $130 / hour with minimum of 2-3 hours. The main thing I also needed was someone to help dispose of the the large freight crate the furniture came in. Having used Arnoni's services before, I reached out to them to see if they could do furniture moving and disposal. Originally, the quote was quite a bit higher than the next best quote I had that seemed to come from a reliable competitor. Most other competitors did not want to negotiate and made claims that this is a very busy season without considering the context of the request. Arnoni was willing to negotiate and reduced the price a bit given I was not moving and the job would likely take much less time than the 3 hour minimum despite paying for the cost. On the day of, I was originally told that movers would arrive by 9am but instead they were here by 8am. No worries but would be nice to have accurate schedule to work with. There were 2 movers who could speak some basic English to get by. The crate was opened up within 30 minutes and the furniture set I bought was brought up quickly. There were a set of missing screws for one of the table legs that was missed when disassembling. While disassembling the crate a few screws were left on the ground in my garage. I picked them up myself but this could have resulted in some annoying tire repairs if I had not kept watch. Once the furniture was in the unit, the packaging was unwrapped, put what needed to be put together, added some felt pads to the feets, and placed in their proper place. No shoes were taken off so I had to mop right after but it is what it is. Some of my walls were lightly scuffed. All in all, things were completed within 1 hour. Due to a language barrier, the movers may have filtered me asking them not to put the furniture on my couch (also fairly pricey) as it had not been wiped down yet. As for crate disposal, there were some confusion with the movers. They thought they were supposed to just break it down and throw it in my trash. I had them ask Arnoni to confirm but I was very explicit that I needed to be taken away and disposed of elsewhere and had sent pictures to confirm if it was possible. They did end up doing what I had requested but some communication could have been passed along. Overall, the 2 movers this time were not as great or professional as Leon who helped me move twice prior. There were some minor language barrier in which Google Translate helped bridge. I would have liked if my walls were not scuffed and some shoe socks to be worn to save my some time later in terms of cleaning. I would have greatly appreciated more attention in regards to the nails left on the garage floor. I drive an EV and their tires tend to be more expensive than others if total replacement is necessary. 4/5. I do think if Leon or someone of his caliber was here but do understand the short notice and busy season, this would have easily been 5/5. read more

I wrote a review about Arnoni who we used 2 years ago to move us from SJ to Sacramento. Other than moving our furniture without a scratch, everything else was a nightmare and their bid was 3800 and our bill was 10k. I still gave them 3 stars because the owner felt horrible after making a mess of it and came up with his wife the next day to help us. We are now moving 2 years later as we are building a home and as we are trying to disassemble furniture, we can see his crew stripped all of the screws when reassembling our bed. To the point that we can't fully disassemble the bed. They used a screwdriver instead of an Allen wrench. Unfortunately that was kinda the last straw in what was the most stressful and most expensive move I've ever had. Sorry Airan, but your guys aren't qualified to do anything but pick up a piece of furniture and move it. Packing, disassembly or reassembly is not their strong suit. And we paid for every single mistake they made in money, time, stress, products we can't use (still haven't found the charger to our cordless vacuum) and now furniture. If your team was as good as you are nice, you'd be in a lot better shape. I still feel the sting of the 2.5x cost and now my poor husband is upstairs cursing as he tries to disassemble our bed after the screws have been fully stripped. read more

Arnoni just changed his response 10 months later to look a bit more sane. Nothing has changed- they have never reached out to me to make this right. There are always the screenshots of the emails he sent to me to see who you are really dealing with. This was a nightmare experience mostly because the movers they sent had no clue what they were doing. Should never take 3 people 5 hours to load up a 700sqft packed apartment where many of the large items had already been taken. They extra movers they sent (without us asking, btw, they just figured out that the staff they sent was way off with their timing and knew they needed to get the show on the road) came in and got it done in 30 minutes, not the hour and a half specified. Those guys actually knew what they were doing and had we been sent that crew, we would have been out of there in 2 hours from the start of the job. They were very quick and friendly. We are very pleased with our move. The bill came down to around $660 before tip. After the move we made a video with them to show our appreciation as well. My first time using a moving service. I received quotes from multiple companies and was going back and forth w/ one until they stopped responding so I reached out to Arnoni and was in touch w/ the owner, Airan. The quoting was fairly simple and everything was done almost effortlessly. A 10% deposit needs to be paid once the quote is accepted. Pls note that the fees include the movers and truck fee but it does not include packing or any materials (if needed) used for your move (i.e. wrapping your TV, dresser, mattress, etc.) so be mindful if you have a set budget. Leon and Bryon came on time and was very fast. I helped when to speed the process (I think everyone hates moving). I was in between work, my cats, and Gavin so it was a very stressful day for sure - plus during the load off to the new place, it started to rain. Both Leon and Bryon put out something (I can't call it a rug) but something of that effect to keep them safe from the rain (it was getting slippery) and to protect the furniture and floor. They both got it done shortly before 3hrs. I made it to Gavin's school to pick him up on time (it was short week at his school that week). They can receive tip by Venmo, PayPal, or cash but cash is preferred if you can. These guys work very hard and by talking to Leon, I have a great sense that Mr. Arnoni is a great employer as well. Arnoni provided a useful service at a good price. The laborers were competent and quick. A couple things to be cognizant of: - The person you schedule with is not the person doing the labor and will be optimistic about what can be accomplished in the allotted time, even with a video walk-through. The mover himself was pessimistic, but was able to get quite a bit of work done and almost completely emptied the apartment. - They want you to be physically present for the entire move - Do a little prep work. If you have to negotiate details during the move, it takes the movers more time. Know what you want in advance. That said, the movers got most of the apartment moved in the allotted time and slightly under-budget. I would certainly use their service again. read more

Would not recommend using this company. I should have known to avoid using this service after they cancelled two appointments to come to our home to provide a quote 5 minutes before they were scheduled to start. We booked them to move our family from Santa Clara to Paso Robles and they provided a very competitive quote and estimated 12 hours including round trip travel time for the crew. On moving day they arrived around 9:15am, packing took a really long time even though we had pretty much everything boxed and sealed, we have used other moving companies and they were much more efficient. They ended up not leaving Santa Clara until 4pm. Somehow even though my husband left at the exact same time, they did not arrive in Paso Robles until an hour after he had arrived. Unloading did not begin until 8pm, and they did not finish until almost 2am the next day. I felt so bad that our first introduction to the neighborhood was late night trucks, and the timing exacerbated an already exhausting and overwhelming move. So it took nearly 1.5 times the estimated time, costing us thousands more which we had no choice but to pay. I understand that there might be reasonable time overages, but it is absolutely outrageous that they so grossly underestimated the time. I felt bad for the crew who said they routinely work through the night going from one job to the next, but I also wonder if that impacted their efficiency. At multiple points throughout the night while my husband and I were moving boxes we watched members of the crew refold already neatly folded stacks of blankets, it seemed like a way for them to kill time. read more

We arranged the time, and Marcos arrived with a truck to haul away my junk. He made short work of this job, and had everything packed away in his truck in less than 20 minutes! I'm pretty sure Marcos must be a linebacker in the NFL. You should have seen him coming down the stairs with a chest of drawers. I'm delighted with this company. One big reason I chose Arnoni was because they are a full-service moving company that also moves pianos, and I have a grand piano. So a single mover can take care of both. On moving day, they arrived with a large crew and two trucks, and worked efficiently and carefully to load, move, and unload everything without damage to houses or furniture. Well done! A few things that weren't perfect: 1. Piano was not properly reassembled -- the damper pedal didn't work properly. I was able to fix it myself, but it required some mechanical skills that might be beyond most customers to understand the cause and fix the problem. 2. Although I didn't expect it, the estimator in the video call up front offered to dispose of e-waste for us, and to remove general garbage as well, both of which are very helpful and valuable to someone moving. However, on moving day, they did not follow through on either one, so I had to find other means of disposing of e-waste and garbage. read more

He was super thorough in his explanation and very informative with quick solutions to all of my concerns and had answers for pretty much every question that I had. For moving day, the team arrived perfectly on time they were super thorough and within the first hour my boyfriend and I were extremely impressed. They made sure to pack & wrap everything perfectly. They disassembled our furniture & they even wrapped the legs. All the pieces were taken care of as if they were their own. We had a treadmill that we were a little concerned about because it was difficult for us to even put together & they took it apart with ease. We are super appreciative to Arnoni moving services because we had so much anxiety looking for movers with this upcoming move and they made everything so much easier and gave us peace of mind. The stairs in our new home was something I was very worried about regarding damage. I was pleased to see them place plastic carpeting protection as well as Orlando taped cardboard over the top stair that led onto hardwood to prevent any scratching. Our housemate moved from our house down to southern CA, and we arranged the movers for her. From the quotes I received on Yelp, Arnoni was the most prompt in replying and very easy to communicate with. Carol from the office provided a flat-rate quote because it was a long distance move. I thought the price was reasonable for full packing, all materials, a dedicated truck, next-day delivery in SoCal, having to go up one flight of stairs both at our house and at the destination apartment, and one additional pickup stop at a local Public Storage. The day before the move we did a virtual walkthrough via Zoom. There was $100 deposit when I booked the appointment, 50% at the end of day one, and 50% after delivery the following day. On move day, Charlie and Francisco came on time, took very good care of our furniture and belongings, packed really well so everything arrived safe and sound, was diligent in their work, and was happy and pleasant to work with. They did the packing and drove the truck down to SoCal themselves for delivery the next day. Our housemate was very pleased too. One year later and we are back with another moving review! So, after moving all the way to Central Valley, my family and I needed to move back. We contacted a bunch of local movers in the Bay, but we decided to book Arnoni again just because of the great interaction we had--super responsive and very accommodating. Everything was done online and it was really easy to navigate. I also texted Airan himself for certain questions, and again, very responsive and informative. We had different movers this time around (Leon, Jose, and the other I didn't catch his name), but just like my last review, everything was wrapped with care and they were very quick! ONE SENTENCE LATER "We can offer you two kinds of insurance ..."), let me know that they had sold my spot and left me holding the bag with two days to find movers. His response? "I think you can find some guys on Craigslist." That couldn't be worse than dealing with this "company." Throw your stuff in a duffel bag and carry it. Dear All Future Customers of Arnoni Moving Services. A fair and alarming message to all regarding their business practices. Get everything from them in a written order. Make sure you double check with them and talk to the owner and go line by line with him. Airan called late at night at around 8 pm on Wednesday right before the moving scheduled for the next day 9 am on Thursday. No calls or messages for the whole 2 business days. The price went up from $800 something to $1574. Airan claims to have made a mistake and is correcting it by calling us outside business hours, a few hours before the move. It looks and sounds more like blackmail. It left us high and dry at the last minute and Airan is arguing with my wife about the high cost of business operations in California. Firstly Airan doesn't honor his quote. He can call anytime and claim a mistake and argue about making a correction. Secondly he just says that pay the $1574 upfront by credit card and only by credit card. No other means. Then he says he is going to terminate the services because that is his last price. Immediately he starts deleting all the quotes which he sent us. Common man, no customer service, no customer respect. No nothing. My wife even offered to pay $200 more but they wanted the whole amount. Airan, Choose another state to do business if California is so expensive, but don't BLACKMAIL people at the last minute. BAD, BAD, BAD BUSINESS. I AM GIVING THEM ONE STAR UNFORTUNATELY. And luckily I got a quote from another company immediately, coming from SF which is further away from Airan, (Airan is 3 miles from our residence). read more
