The air filters in the ceiling are very dirty. Need to change these more often. They have an upper area that is reserved for people who pay 1000.00 for a locker. There doesn't seem to be a lot of those customers so the upper area was empty and the lower area was crowded. Need to allocate the spaces better. I have a phone number in the system that is logged when I make a purchase but when do I ever see a discount or perk? The attendants do a good job emptying and cleaning the ash trays and seating areas. If they put a little money and effort it can be a great place to hang out and have a smoke.

My party of 5 got seated in the far back corner table. Ordered several rounds of drinks, as I gifted my buddies some Cuban cigars. It was a busy weeknight and the place was packed. Here's the kicker I asked for the bill and there was an "expected per person cigar charge" because we had our own ...not an issue. I paid the bill and told the waitress to give each of my buddies a cigar equivalent to their per person minimum..........would you believe I got big time attitude and resistance. I told her to get me the menu, and I read her their policy verbatim that states minimum per person cigar purchase. I paid the fee and am entitled to x number of cigars.
