This was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. Kristen acted like she didn't even want to be there, rushed everything, and still somehow took forever. My nails came out lumpy, crooked, and already peeling off an hour later. The tools didn't even look clean, and the whole place felt unprofessional. Great first time here. I called around 11am to make an appointment and they had availability this afternoon. I was immediately greeted upon entering and everyone was friendly. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure - they had a lot of colors to choose from and a great selection. I ended up getting the deluxe pedicure and my feet feel so smooth now. I really want to like this salon but service is very hit or miss. I came in early on a Sunday without an appt and sat down right away. They have a ton of polish options, the salon is clean, and I've liked how my nails come out most of the time but today was not one of those times. I can understand and speak conversational Vietnamese but usually don't mention it since I like keeping to myself. The techs are very nice to clients but they do gossip a bit in Vietnamese. The first nail tech filed my nails and kept trying to convince me to just get a fill because she didn't want to do the extra work to remove my old set. They were all breaking and I really needed a fresh set but she kept talking in Vietnamese to the other techs "ugh her nails look fine but she's being difficult. I don't have time for this. I have other appointments." She ended up complaining so much that another nail tech took over. Second nail tech also tried to convince me to get a fill which I again said no I'd like a full set. First tech just complained about her late appt and other clients the whole time I was getting my nails done. Gel Full Set with Removal came out to $70+tip. The polish is bubbly and the length of all my nails are uneven. Probably won't be back. read more

My feet were in need of some pampering after 2-1/2 months of the Stay At Home/Work From Home order in Honolulu. Having just arrived in Las Vegas, I found out the nail salons have actually been open since Mother's Day. While having lunch in Chinatown, I turned to Yelp in search of a spa pedicure place nearby and came across Bellagio Nail Spa. I called to make an appointment for two (Walk-ins not available), and then received a confirming text which included the name of the salon, address, and appointment time. Randy greeted us upon entering and asked us to, "Sign your life away!" and "Choose a paint color." He said, "Blue for your husband, right?" I replied, "No, purple with glitter." Hehe. At that point I just knew we were going to have a hoot with Randy! I immediately noticed the salon was set-up for social distancing. Plexiglass between some of the pedi spa chairs, as well as in between the tech and customer at the mani stations. In addition, Randy mentioned he took the sofa away, and can't accept large parties. So, if you're coming in solo or as a party of two, you're in! As far as the service, we each chose the $35 pedi since we desired "baby bottom smooth" heels and ended up in the solid massage chairs for about an hour. Good convo, very clean & sleek looking salon, nice technique, and great service overall. We will definitely be back! I have very sensitive skin and Christine took my concerns seriously. She made recommendations of their pedicure packages and even brought out the treatment boxes for me to read the ingredients. I chose the "Green Tea" package and it was perfect! My tired feet now feel refreshed and beautiful! My daughter got gel nails from a nail tech named, Ivy. She was sweet and ensured that my daughter got exactly the design she asked for. The ambiance is calming, free of strong chemical smells, and more quiet than other nail salons. You can tell that the nail tech staff and front desk manager all get along well. I highly recommend this Aroma Nail Salon. You'll be greeted by the friendly and professional front desk manager. I've been to quite a few of nail salons, they so far are the best when it comes to gel nail polishing. All the other places I went to make the nails look good but they never lasted long, usually it would last about a week before the gel started getting stuck on my hair because it wasn't done right. I was impressed when I came in the first time and the gel ended up lasting for 3 weeks and still looking good, no chipping and definitely did not get stuck in my hair. So, my nails came off yesterday after 2 weeks and half and I really started to cry how the pain got worse and how my real nails were looking like..... my real nails were most of them bruised, which I've never had any problems like this before. It is still very painful and I had to put nail polish on again to not look at my nails and remember how awful they look. How long it will take for my real nails to look as they were? I requested Tina do my gel manicure and she was pleasant, happy and super sweet. The owner keeps it very clean and sanitized. My pedicure was done by Mimi and I really enjoyed it. I did the hot stone pedicure, which is $50 and my nails full priced would have been $50 also. All in I paid $70 plus tip and I was a happy girl. We have found our new spot to get our gel pedicures. My partner and I were in town from San Francisco, CA. We needed a last minute gel pedicure so I searched many places in the area through Yelp. After reading the reviews about Aroma we decided to take the chance. Once I called she was quick to take us right away. We show up and the place was nice, clean, and a happy atmosphere. Randy greeted me and was really funny and great sense of humor. We sat down and the rest was history, from great conversations, laughs, awesome TLC to our feet and legs.
