The staff blew me away with the attention they showed everyone who walked through the door. While my wife filled out forms, a male entered to pay a bill and expressed his displeasure with English Dermatology. The lady serving this agitated/rude man was respectful, efficient and calm while trying to explain the requirements of Hippa laws for patients. I tip my hat to this woman because the man was not respectful nor was he listening to her explanation. My wife experienced a complete body exam by nurse practitioner Kelsey. Kelsey explained in detail every blemish that needed attention or that was normal. She gave my wife treatment choices and the pros and cons of each choice. I was blown away by the professionalism of the nurses and staff today.

He disagreed with their policy and the front office told him if he did not sign the paperwork then he would not be able to see the Dr. He then told them that he was not going to sign and so he guessed he would then have to cancel the appoint. They then sent him a $50.00 NO SHOW bill, even though he was there well before his assigned appointment time and willing to see the Dr. We would not recommend this practice. He found a really good dermatologist at Skin Care Specialists on E. Combs road. Dr and staff were amazing.

I started getting the Microneedling pen treatments for 4 weeks in a row and then every other week for four more weeks. I am very pleased with the results. I recently saw a friend (who I have known for over 10 years) and she - unprompted - commented on how smooth my skin looks! I have these facial treatments to thank! I have continued coming in for monthly sessions of the Amazing Glow Trio. I also use the skincare products as well. I highly recommend anyone with acne concerns or anti-aging concerns give them a try and because their passion for skincare is unmatched.

I live in the area and had been to Encanterra a few times to visit the Palma kitchen and tap…read morerestaurant which now is not open to the public any longer except for special events and offerings. I did not know they had a spa until my mother-in-law informed me. I was looking to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure and I wanted more of a spa experience than just your average nail salon. I also didn't feel like traveling too far. I was able to make an appointment easily over the phone and by putting down my credit card and securing my appointment. The girls operating the phone system are so sweet and helpful. They were very patient with me as I asked many questions about the facilities. They were also very great at contacting me letting me know exactly where to go when I pulled in, and I already felt like I was having the spa experience without even being there because they were offering me such great customer service. They did explain to me that the spa facility is currently under construction and the sauna/steam room as well as all of the showers are not in operation. I was a little bummed about that because I really wanted to enjoy additional spa amenities. What I did like is, as someone who is getting their nails and toes done you're still able to use the amenities, if they were available. Some spas do not allow for you to use the amenities when you're only getting a manicure and pedicure so I did respect that. They do have a small, quiet relaxation room with spa water. You can order from the Palma kitchen, which I did because I was starving by the time my manicure and pedicure was over and I ordered a steak bowl with a fried egg which my nail technician, Shelby recommended. It was absolutely delicious and I would order it again in a heartbeat. I didn't ask about the pricing, but it was about $30 so maybe I wouldn't order it again! There was a girl named Kellie, who worked at the spa who is so sweet. She came up to me, took my order, and also brought it to me at the pool. I told her I would be at the pool after. Unfortunately, it was a cooler day so it wasn't that enjoyable and it's only a lap pool. They have a beautiful pool behind that but I don't think spa members can use that. Overall, my manicure and pedicure were amazing. The salon is very clean. Shelby was great. What I loved, is the nail polish she used which is called dazzle dry. She told me she uses two coats for base, two-three coats for color, and two coats for the finish, and it will last a long time. As someone who doesn't often get their nails done and never gets gel, dip, or anything special, this lasted me almost 3 weeks, and I'm a mother who always has her hands in water, so that was really amazing. That manicure and pedicure, although pricier than your average nail salon visit, was almost worth it for how long it stayed on. The nail polish also made my nails feel very strong. She did a great job and an under two hours. I was in and out. It was relaxing and enjoyable, also very necessary. I will definitely be returning. Shout out to Shelby, Kelly, and the entire team for making this experience is so special.

I used to have Jamie cut my hair but for whatever reason the last few months she has cut my hair it's been uneven. I just couldn't continue to keep going I finally had enough! This salon is so outdated and very tired looking. It's dark and dingy looking! Watch out the prices that they charge are ridiculous for most of their inexperienced stylist they have. The fact that they charge their clients extra a for anything that ALL other SALONS include with their services. JUST BEWARE OF THE "EXTRA" charges when you checkout. The receptionist Abby is absolutely delightful. Always so friendly and professional. This salon doesn't deserve Abby!

Great products on display for sale here (even Doterra!) The environment is clean and cute (I love the old school hair dryer on display!) The salon menu is incredibly affordable for nearly every budget ($55 for a cut, wash, and style!) We arrived a little early for our appointment but unfortunately some guests arrived late for their appointments (scheduled before ours) resulting in our appointment to be pushed back a tiny bit.. This wasn't a big deal because the front desk promptly communicated this with us as soon as they found out. The communication here is top notch and very much appreciated. My stylist, Jamie, was so bubbly, educated, experienced, talented, trendy, and knew exactly how I styled my hair before she got to work without me even telling her! Sitting in Jamie's chair I literally felt like my longtime best friend was doing my hair! Jamie knows hair and it's been a long time since I had a stylist like Jamie work on my hair, and I am so glad my hair and I met her! Thank you, Jamie! Thank you to the front desk team for the excellent customer service and communication!
