Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

A couple walked in just ahead of me, and the service person proceeded to help them, they had a flat tire. 10 minutes later, I still got no acknowledgment, after I've been waiting for my APPOINTMENT to begin. I've been coming here over the 20 years I have lived in Waukesha. My husband will not come back here, after two bad experiences. One was like a scam to repair his car in order to allow him to drive away with it. But I haven't experienced any issues until my last two visits. I wrote the last bad visit off as a fluke. Anyways, since I was invisible, I ended up leaving (they wouldn't have noticed anyways) and went to one of the many other services in close vicinity. This sucks because in a business, conducting daily, weekly, or monthly meetings should ALWAYS emphasize CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY. Wednesday, (day 3), still no call so I called them. They said their lead technician had already left for the day and would call me Thurs AM. Thurs AM....no call, so I called them. The STILL hadn't looked at the vehicle. They PROMISED they would test-drive it Friday and call me by noon. Noon came and went. No call. I called them. Voicemail. Finally, at 1:30 PM, I get a call. They test-drove it and said there was definitely a problem, (DUH, I knew that!) but their lead guy was gone for the weekend and didn't have a chance to look into it further. They graciously informed me that I could pick up my truck and bring it back Monday, and that I would not lose my place in line. I was already on my way to pick it up. When I got there, they asked if I planned to bring it back on Monday. I asked if they could promise me that they would get to it on Monday. They could not. Needless to say, I was irritated and incredulous. How can you run a business like this? They seemed to have no concept of the inconvenience it caused me not to have my vehicle for a FULL WEEK, and THEN, expect me to leave it with them AGAIN with no idea of when they would actually get to it! I wish they would have been honest and said they were too busy to get to it for a week or two. Instead, they worked everything to THEIR convenience instead of the customer's, and all I got was the run-around and excuses.
