Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

They were quick, figured out how to make the tight spaces work, and were super patient the whole time. Nothing got messed up or damaged, not one thing. On top of that, they just had great energy and great personalities. Made the whole move feel easy instead of stressful, and I felt like my stuff was in good hands the entire time. 10 out of 10. David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.
