Unfortunately I may be looking for another office to service my eyes and my style choices. They don't repair my frames here. Had the same problem with 3 pairs of Gucci, Tom Ford and Jimmy Choo. For example, my wife's glasses sat in their office for 2 1/2 weeks while they texted their availability to a home phone line, which we all know doesn't work. Not one follow up phone call was made after this. Funny, they had my cell number and appointment reminder texts had been previously sent to me but no one took the initiative and tried a phone call or a text to my cell phone. That would have required common sense, which NONE of these office staff people have.

The staff was unprofessional from start to finish, and the attitude I received when I questioned the price difference was beyond rude. I was treated like I was the problem for simply holding them accountable for what their own employee told me over the phone. This location clearly has a communication problem between what they tell customers on the phone and what actually happens in store. And when they get caught in that inconsistency, they'd rather point the finger at the customer than fix it. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and will never return to this location.
