We decided to share the classic pitcher of margarita as the flavor adds sounded to be from store bought pumps. We got a total of 6 margaritas out of the pitcher and were able to select what rim we wanted: tajin, salt, sugar, plain. The menu was more limited than I expected with meat options mostly only being chicken and steak. Our server said she'd be right back to take our food order. We waited 30 minutes before she came back even with attempts to get her attention. This made us finish our drinks and move on for dinner. The food is awesome and all of the sauces and even the chorizo is made in house. It is not an exaggeration for me to say that this is my favorite suizo sauce ever. The density of the sauce isn't runny like most others and the texture is almost that of chili (but not too thick), which means a solid flavor with every bite. We also loved the homemade guacamole and horchata, which is unlimited refills! The marinade/sauce had the perfect balance between the sweetness of the pineapple and the counterbalance of the lime, cilantro, and onion.
