One of my absolute favorite drinks I've gotten in Pittsburgh! The úbe-coconut is such a unique flavor. Would recommend to anyone!

Arriviste was a nice neighborhood coffee shop. The service was good and the coffee selection was abundant. They had pastries as well with a few vegan options. Arriviste had a small independent book/publication section near the front of the shop. We bought two interesting publications on the way out.

super cool cafe that opened up on Ellsworth, loved their mix of specialty drinks!! the green card holder was really nice with the pandan. the space is also really nice and open, allowing for a more casual hang out space rather than a place to study/work

Awesome experience here! This is a spot I've wanted to try for a long time due to their ube drinks. Definitely did not disappoint!

Cute, contemporary and coffee, Arriviste has perfected all three! Delicious coffee shop in Shadyside. Tried the Vanilla Iced Latte and it was 10/10- tastes just like vanilla bean ice cream! Coffee bar serving high-end beans brewed by speciality machines. They also offer teas and pastries. Great spot to meet some friends or get some work done!

I LOVE this quaint little coffee shop...it's quiet, spacious, & comfortable. I had a delicious iced coffee with honey & an amazing chocolate chip cookie. I really enjoyed the flexibility & hospitality from the barista Cassy; so I accidentally forgot to say I wanted an ice coffee & she did a remake of my drink. Also, when I suddenly was freezing and she closed the door and postponed getting some fresh Spring air. If that isn't remarkable service I'm not sure what is! This is my new favorite space! Please stop in when you're in the area. Kudos!

I like this spot! The people are very nice and I enjoyed the Japanese flash-brewed coffee. The only thing is there aren't many seats so you may luck out with finding a place to sit. Other than that, enjoyed my time here!

This is everything a coffee shop should be. Mellow, cozy atmosphere. Small drink menu but executed perfectly. Good tunes. Gnomes. This is a 10 out of 10 for me (or in this case 5 star out of 5 star).

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for our morning coffees. Every Sunday we try to hit up a local coffee shop and on this day it happened to be Arriviste Coffee Roasters. This was actually the second time that we had been here as I had forgotten to write a review the first time. This store is located right on Ellsworth Avenue and is decent sized inside. It has a couple of tables as well as some lounge seating, all well spaced, and it was quiet the morning that I was there. Then near the front they have a shelf full of merchandise that you can buy like coffee and some hats. For my coffee on this morning I went with a con miel while my wife went with an americano. What I like about Arriviste is that you can tell that they are serious about their coffee as they weigh each and every puck before they make the espresso. We also ended up ordering a breakfast burrito which takes 10 minutes to make. So after that was done baking, I had my coffees and was out the door. My cafe con miel was described as espresso + steamed milk + spices local Bedillion honey. My first sip of it ended up being quite good with the espresso and milk in nice ratios at the beginning before getting a spiced sweetness on the finish. My wife thought her americano was good. Last was the breakfast burrito which consisted of egg, beans, cheese and potato. With the cooking time it was nice and crispy on the outside and I enjoyed everything inside except for the potato. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I really enjoyed my coffee here and thought my wife's was quite good too.

What a great shop to visit. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. The service was great. Caddy was gracious and very help. I enjoyed my coffee and cookie. Be sure to visit if you are in the area.

The coffee shop itself is nice! I love that it has art that appeals to many different consumers. The coffee shop is a bit on the smaller side but was nice and quiet for those who are working outside of the office. I was not a fan of the service nor my drink. I ordered a matcha latte and requested lavender syrup in it. The barista told me they have the most premium matcha and they do not add syrups to their matcha. He informed me that if I wanted to add sugar to it I could after it was made. That response really threw me off. In the food industry, I'd argue that the customer is always right. As an adult I know what I like and don't like, they are my taste buds. My mistake was that I obliged. The matcha was not good and I would have thoroughly enjoyed it if there was lavender syrup in it as I originally requested.

My husband and I were customers of this cafe in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood one time. The menu listed coffees, espressos, lattes, teas, hot cocoa, cookies, muffins, scones, sandwiches, etcetera. A refrigerator contained yogurts, juices, oat milk, and other bottled beverages. Shelves held bags of coffees and kettles. Employees kindly took my husband's order and payment and promptly made our beverages. Some tables and chairs were inside the cafe, so we sat down to enjoy our beverages. Other customers were using the dining area to read, spend time with family and friends, and work on laptops. I rate the Chai Latte has 5 stars and the holiday Sugar Plum Latte as 4.5 stars. We enjoyed their flavors. Each beverage was 12 ounces, and their total price was $11 plus tax and tip. I did notice that the cafe was very humid because of the cold weather outside and the many customers inside. The windows had much condensation. I wonder if a dehumidifer would reduce the indoor humidity.

One note is, I think they have a wifi limit where only a certain number of people can connect. I tried all night to get a connection and could not for any of my devices, nor could my friend. Overall the ambiance is catered toward chatting rather than studying as the tables are very small and slow or no wifi. I like the night vibes it has though, we need more late night 3rd spaces like this one!! I got a hummus plate and ginger tea. The ginger tea was just okay. The ginger was overpowering in not a good way. It highlighted the spiciness of ginger without letting any type of "tea flavor" through. It tasted more like ginger water. For a tea house, I thought it would have more depth. The hummus platter was very yummy! The pita was warm and the olive oil on the hummus added a nice touch to it. I think I would have enjoyed the experience more had the tables not been as wobbly, the WiFi worked at any point, the tea had a bit more nuance to it, and the cloying smell wasn't there. It is a very good chatting spot for late night meetings ups with great food!
