Quoted me HALF of what the dealership wanted, made useful (but not pushy) suggestions, and ultimately left me in charge, not trying to upsell me whatsoever. I appreciate being able to be seen on a short notice! The shop is really nice, there are 8 lifts here. Bob took time to explain to me what was causing my leak. He is very knowledgeable and really has a lot of pride in his work. The waiting area is nice and spacious, tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and customer focused. This is a full service speed shop. Aftermarket mods are performed, along with standard scheduled vehicle maintenance intervals. Factory authorized parts are used here. If something needs to be ordered, for your vehicle, it's OEM, from that vehicle dealer. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for maintenance.

Still have the same problem rear brakes are still bad and it almost seems like no work was done. Didn't show me the new parts that he got for the car nor did he show me the bad or old parts. I scheduled this service a week ago for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma work truck. Because I no longer live in Haddonfield full-time, I drove over an hour and stayed the night specifically to ensure the truck was there for its Thursday slot. The same person who set the appointment called me THIS MORNING to confirm the work was on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 PM only to find my truck hadn't moved. Instead of an apology for the massive logistical inconvenience and broken promise, the representative was dismissive and rude. When I stated I would be leaving a review about this poor service, he became hostile, deliberately tore up the paperwork in front of another customer, and told a decade-long client to never return. Between my personal vehicles ($17,000) and my crew's vehicles ($25,000), we have been the definition of loyal customers. To be met with this level of unprofessionalism and a total lack of accountability is a massive red flag. If they treat a $42,000 client like garbage, they will certainly do the same to you. A shop is only as good as its word and its management; unfortunately, Nobles has lost both. We are taking our fleet elsewhere.
