I used this service last week when I was in NY for a business conference. My colleagues and I hired their limo service to take us from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. Overall, there were no hiccups with this taxi and limo service. The driver was professional, prompt, reliable, and knew the quickest routes so that we would not miss our flight home. On the ride from the airport to the hotel, the driver was very knowledgable about the local restaurants and bars, as we had just got off a long flight and were famished. When we returned from our trip, I mentioned to our travel coordinator to remember this company for the next time we are in town. read more

Short version: Do not order a taxi from here unless you enjoy no-shows, drivers calling to threaten you, drunk drivers, and horrific customer service. Long version: I called Arrow Taxi (AT) to book three rides for my wedding and confirmed all the information twice. The next day they sent me a text that my rides were booked. A few minutes later a driver, lets call him "H", called as he had misread the message. I told him the pickup was for Friday at 3pm and confirmed that he would still be able to go. 3pm Friday: no-show. I called "H", no answer. I called AT twice, no answer. At this point, my bride-to-be is crying because the wedding hasn't even started and plans are falling apart. I call "H" again and he picks up. He says "AT removed the job from my app so I assumed it was canceled." He says it's not his problem. Fine, so I hang up and try to call AT two more times. Nothing. At this point I'm wondering if the other jobs got canceled too. I call the next driver - he tells me that he told AT he wasn't available and that I never should have received a confirmation for him. I call AT two more times - still no answer. I call the third driver "A" who, Hallelujah, is actually available and planning to do his pickup. I arrive at my venue and call AT once more, but still no answer. Later that evening, I start getting texts from AT about new drivers for the pickups tonight. The last one has "H". He calls me and I tell him don't come - I already booked an uber. He then proceeds to threaten me, saying "maybe I'll show up anyway and we can settle this outside m*therf*cker." He said a few more threats before I hung up. At midnight, "A" showed up; "H" didn't. About an hour later, I start getting calls from "A" and the AT dispatcher. They say that they had the wrong card information and "A" wasn't able to charge for the ride. Apparently, when you book with AT they then give your credit card information directly to the driver to charge you. Not a fan of crazy people like "H" having my card info. I told the dispatcher I need an invoice before I pay - not going to give them any money for the no-shows and I'm furious with them for that + the threats. Saturday, I started getting calls from AT. Their phone only seems to work when they're trying to get money from you. I'll sum up what they said: - The no-shows were a simple misunderstanding (BS) - His driver would never threaten anyone (wrong) - I didn't understand because I was drunk (I wasn't - and said so) - Maybe his driver was drunk and that was why I misunderstood him - I asked the rep to repeat that and he said, again, maybe his driver was drunk. - It turns out the rep thought I was talking about "A", not "H". Now he says "Oh! I understand. I could see 'H' threatening someone. We've had problems with his behavior in the past" and he might have been drinking too. - I didn't receive any sort of apology and then the AT rep said he "can't apologize for something he wasn't there for," but he could have the driver call me. I declined. To sum up: They will do nothing about the fact that 2/3 of my rides never showed up. Nothing about the fact that one driver threatened me, and willingly acknowledge that some of their drivers drink on the job. They called me several times demanding money for the one driver who did show up (drunk?) without even waiting for the invoice to be delivered, and were totally unapologetic while accusing me of being the cause of these problems. In the end, I paid the driver directly - it's not his fault he works for a POS company. That said, I advise anyone considering using Arrow Taxi to look elsewhere. This is a horrible company that should be put out of business. read more

The first time I used this company was a few years ago, and I must say I was quite pleased. The price was great, the driver was patient and friendly, and we had a great experience. We decided again to book for another trip. Both drop off and pick up. I was quoted $58 for drop off and $52 for pick up. I was told they don't charge tax if we use cash. I paid cash, and it was more than what I was quoted. Coming home, we had a delay due to bad weather (in April) and I got non-stop text messages from the driver. It was hard enough to manage all my luggage and figure out where I was going let alone answer a million messages from the third driver that was assigned to me. If you're trying to save money, use Uber or lyft. I will never use this company again. I called the company to tried to make this right and they were not accommodating. read more

Do not book if you want any kind of decent service. We booked the company for a friend's birthday - long story short: 1. showed up 15 mins late (driver was sick) 2. the AC in the limo did not work, when we asked the driver to open windows or to put the AC on, his response was "I shouldn't have taken this F*ing job" 3. there was supposed to be an AUX cord in the limo for music (not the end of the world but we were told there was one or we would have brought our own). We asked the driver to stop so we could buy one or grab one from our home. Mind you, we are paying for 7 hours with this limo, he could drive around in circles if we wanted him to. He put up a fight. - there was a "manager" driving in front of us leading the way, (I guess the driver didn't know how to use a GPS) who we then called and asked to stop somewhere. He did pull into a gas station to get a cord. Again, we were content. 4. After our first winery, it was time to leave. We called to find out where the limo was and we had no answer. We had to walk down the street to FIND HIM because neither the driver or his "manager/escort" was answering our phone calls. 5. On the way to the second winery, the limo was pulled over. The driver had gone over a bridge that he was not supposed to. We were then pulled over for an entire hour as the driver could not find any of the credentials needed to provide the officer. I'm assuming he found them but the cop was nice enough to provide us with documentation we needed should we chose to pursue anything on our end. 6. We called the manager as he was no longer in front of us and he yelled, screamed and told us there was nothing he could do. There would be no money refunded and they would give us another 2 hours. At that point, we did not want another 2 free hours for all of this, we wanted a refund of some sort. AT LEAST WANTED AN APOLOGY but that was out of the question. 7. Out of respect, we gave the driver a reasonable tip (undeserved if you ask me) and cleaned the limo when we were dropped off at the end of the day in-spite of everything. Including the fact that the limo was not cleaned before we got in that morning. DO NOT BOOK - this company is a bunch of crooks and they are awful. read more

I had an excellent experience with this taxi service.last week. I called when I was on the train and told them I need a cab to take me to the hospital. I received a text confirming my appointment along with the name of the taxi driver and his phone number. The cab driver called me on my cell phone and told me he was running a few minutes late, which he was not late because when I arrived at the station I called him and told him where I was and less than a minute later he got there. I can't remember the drivers name but he was very friendly and courteous. He also offered me a bottle of water and got me to the hospital in less than 10 minutes. read more

Made reservation on Wednesday for Friday. Called to confirm Thursday evening. Said that, despite my reservation, they had no driver. They would work on getting one. Got two texts in the night saying that a driver would be there. A half hour before pick up, I got a call that there was no driver available. I specifically used this company so that I COULD make a reservation! Why bother? Ended up having to take an Uber in order to make my train. Very disappointed!!! read more

They were unprofessional. After referring my friends and I to another company (without telling us) because they were overbooked, they refused to listen to our complaints. The limo they gave us was completely destroyed and not cleaned. They were late, the driver gave attitude when asked to stop at a gas station to buy an aux cord for music (when they told us there was one in the limo) At one point we had to go walk and Find the driver from our first stop after no one answered our calls for over 30 min which made us miss our 2nd reservation. Then the stinkin driver gets pulled over! 45 min of waiting bc he was missing paperwork...ridiculous!! The "owner" did not listen to any complaints and refused any responsibility. We cleaned the Entire limo and the sleaze tried to say we left it a mess to avoid giving a refund. Truly disgusting how people try to take advantage of others like that. Why not be a decent human being and try to do the right thing and admit when you f'd up? Do not use this service. read more
