I've been getting nothing but complements on our choice of venue from family and friends. It's a very beautiful location to have your ceremony and wedding. Also, it's an all inclusive venue. For someone that works 60+ hours a week it was perfect. I couldn't imagine planning my wedding down to every detail. Our wedding coordinator was Joleen Little. Nothing but professionalism from her. She made sure everything was perfect for our big day. Our wedding was planned on a Thursday so it was nice to have the use of the lodge on Wednesday. I had rented the lodge for 2 nights. It's really came in handy since my bridal party was able to get ready in the master suite instead of some other location. The professionals recommended through the venue were amazing! Either way our wedding was a dream and I couldn't imagine it another way. Definitely will recommend this wedding venue to any future brides looking for an outdoor wooded wedding. My husband and I got married at Hidden Creek October 18, 2015. It was the best day I have ever had. I couldn't picked a better place to get married. Lynda Moudy was my event coordinator and let me tell you, she was excellent. She is so sweet and made me feel like a princess on my special day. She planned everything that I wanted to the T. The staff was great and very helpful. Everyone did what they were suppose to do. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married. I love this place! My family has been coming here a few times a year for 10 years! We thought about buying a vacation home but why buy when you can visit a place like this. A home away from home.. Koi Ponds outside your door, cabins full of everything you need to cook for big families, teens etc..Hiking Trails, fishing at Nearby Lakes.... The staff are amazing and make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive.. The Staff attending cabins, Koi Ponds and resort repairs are kind, and helpful. However, you still have the privacy of your own cabin space for your stay. No maids daily cleaning.. rarely see neighbors in other cabins. If you need anything you just call the lodge and they help you.. Not to mention free board game rentals,books etc.. I'm currently looking forward to my next vacation. I'll keep coming back because it feels like family. read more

The cabin was clean and roomy. The backyard was peaceful. My granddaughters had a great time playing in the Playhouse. Weather was a little warm so we did not try out the volleyball court. All the beds were comfortable and we have plenty of room. There were 19 of us and he didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We had a little trouble with the air conditioning but the owners were very accommodating. I I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon. read more

We loved this hidden gem! Stayed in the Rustic Romance cabin and it truly was a romantic getaway. Quiet, private and peaceful. The cabin was adorable and very clean. We enjoyed evenings on our deck, drinking beverages, rocking in the chairs, listening to the frogs. Felt very secluded amongst the trees near the little creek. When we were cold outside, the beautiful rock fireplace inside warmed us up. Loved the jetted hot tub with the waterfall in the cabin as well. Although we didn't utilize the kitchen for cooking, the fridge was great for keeping our beverages cold and it was well equipped with wine glasses and bottle opener. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed. Great central location in the mountains. We will be back! read more

Cute little cabins! We rented the last open one on Thanksgiving Weekend and I was so glad we did. You get the real cabin rustic vibe from this place. I really appreciated how helpful the front desk girl was in helping us find places to eat around Arrowhead. Also, the cabin grounds are super fun to walk around and explore. And having two of the three cabins (houses) we rented right next to it, made it very convenient for the event and for the gathering. Just arrived today for a quick couple of nights to get out of town with the kids. Receptionist was super friendly with the boys and gave good suggestions for things to do. Played in the little park for a little while then went to the reception for some munchies. Boys got fish food for the Koi pond and loved feeding them. Great visit so far. read more

We stayed at Alpine Lodge over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was terrific !!! The reservation process was very easy and they even called me a week or so prior to my stay to see if I had any questions. When we arrived, there was an awesome welcome basket with all the items I forgot to bring, zip lock baggies and containers for leftovers, a baster, and Disposable Aluminum Foil Pans with Lids.... and also oven mitts and a kitchen towel as a gift- along with some yummy snacks. Alpine lodge was so great, it was very clean, the décor was beautiful, and was stocked with exactly what we needed !!! The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was a fun foosball and ping pong table which was great for "staying home" activities. The cabin is only about a 10 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, which made for nice morning trips to walk by the lakes. We also took a walk around the resort and saw many different sizes and types of cabins that can rented. I will absolutely be going back !!! read more

These people are so sweet. I am very glad we stumbled upon this place. I think we got the best cabin. It was the 2 bedroom fishermans cabin. It was more secluded and had a nice masculine feel. I don't care for too many girly country flowers. It also was near the creek and had a hammock. I will definitely be back. Oh and there is a per pig and a pool . Great for kids. read more

I searched for almost two years looking for a cabin in the woods to get married at that didn't have too many regulations so I could choose my own perfect themed wedding. Pine Rose was that place!! My family stayed at the Ponderosa Lodge, and if you have a big family, this is the place to stay. Our cabin was surrounded by pine trees and the weather was perfect. We stayed in cabin 9 - eagles and it was a great place and we enjoyed it. Nice and clean - not super fancy or super awesome bit it was a nice place. Bed was nice all with nice linens. Bathroom small, cabin cozy though. Great service up front, lots of entertainment on TV (which we did a little), only issue I had was based on this cabin, we were on a Main Street where we could hear a lot of cars driving fast by at nights. Had our wedding at the Hidden Creek wedding venue and stayed in the Rustic Romance cabin. We also stayed a few nights in another cabin about 6 months ahead of our wedding when it was snowing. We love Pine Rose, and it was the only place we found within at least 150 miles that could provide us our dream wedding...and provide it they did. Great place to get away from SoCal heat, and have a mountain experience. I grew up in Idaho and have been to many mountain cabins in my life. this was the real deal. Plus, the cabins were fully stocked with dishes, oven, fridge, and pans. The Netflix was a plus for my kids;). Free wifi made it much better too. We will definitely be returning. read more

My husband and I got married at Pine Rose on June 7th 2019. The venue alone is absolutely breathtaking and worth the whole thing. My reason for giving it lower stars is because of the wedding coordinator. DO NOT HAVE LYNDA MOODY, she was awful. Really hard to get a hold of and was MIA during the whole process. We had to figure everything out by ourselves and we came from out of state, she didn't even show us the venue or anything like that when we came intown, again she was MIA. Had to even call Pine Rose the day of the wedding to see if we had a wedding coordinator for the night. The cabins are super old and not well kept. A fridge broke down in my parents Cabin, two bathrooms didn't work in another one. Besides a lot of cons, the wedding day was still perfect. The catering, flowers, DJ, and photographers are AMAZING, again the venue is just magical. Just wanted to give other peoples a heads up on the coordinator read more

Spent the Weekend at Pine Rose, It was cozy, quiet and comfortable ! the Staff was excellent (Jerry at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and Funny too!) It felt like 'Home' but a great getaway. I recommend this to anyone. They have the most amazing event center for weddings and get-togethers, you gotta see it! All they need is a Restaurant & Bar and it would be a place I would never leave! But Seriously there are plenty of great eating places within walking distance of Pine Rose, "Just Ask Jerry" he knows every little place in the area! Thanks for the great cozy atmosphere ! I absolutely love this place. All the cabins are impeccably clean, so sweet and well decorated, with all the amenities needed. (If you want to make crushed ice margaritas, you may have to bring your own blender!). The landscaping is lovely too, with the creeks, waterfalls, water wheel, koi pond, and all the other outdoor buildings. Great for weddings and short weekend stays away from the city, which is what I like to do They are dog-friendly, which is great too. Twin Peaks is a 20 min drive from Lake Arrowhead, which makes it very convenient, A year's reservation in advance is not unusual! Totally worth the money! read more
