I had made an appointment over the phone and they checked my insurance and everything before I came in. I was covered and didn't have to pay a thing. The dental hygienist was so amazing, I know this sounds silly but I dont think I ever had anyone clean my mouth as clean as she did. She listened to all my problems and helped the dentist understand. Great! Right when you walk into the office, you feel like you are at home. The receptionist is warm, friendly and welcoming. Immediately I felt that I could trust this practice with all my dental needs. The dental hygienist was efficient, friendly and explained all that she was doing to my teeth during the cleaning. I visited Dr. Chase's office because he was on my insurance and I was having dental pain. After looking at my x-rays, Dr. Chase diagnosed me as having TMJ problems rather than cavities. Mind you, I have had tinnitus (persistent ringing) in my right ear for 5 years. Dr. Chase made me a mouth guard to put my jaw in a correct position. For the first few nights after I received it, I would wake up each morning feeling like someone had massaged the side of my face. My jaw muscles had been so chronically stressed that I had forgotten what normal feels like. The ringing, while it hasn't completely stopped, has gone down considerably. Some days it disappears so I'm hoping it continues to improve. My mouthguard is legitimately one of my favorite things in the world. Thank you so much Dr. Chase and Brittany!! read more

I went here today for my first time. There is not enough good things to say! They were able to get me in last minute because one of my old crowns chipped. The dentist and staff are all SO wonderful. I think my fear with dentists is feeling like I haven't done good enough. They have tons of pictures posted throughout the office of customers "before and after." That honestly helped me a lot. Seeing that other people didn't have perfect teeth, but ended up with absolutely beautiful smiles makes me feel a lot better. I'd recommend this dentist to anybody! I go back next week and somehow I'm excited about it?! You really couldn't ask for more. read more

Dr. Steele is a businessman first and a dentist second. His staff is polite, fast, and empathetic. His office tecnnology is some of the best but you will pay for it. I have been with his practice since he opened. My last visit i refused xrays and asked if they could show me how my xrays have changed, in any way, his treatment for me. Instead what i got was a 3 minute lecture about how it impacts him. Not once did he ever ask why I refused or even try to have an honest conversation about what was going on. He simple stated you refuse then I won't be your dentist. I'm BIG on customer service and refused to be strong armed into any situation I don't feel comfortable with. I was treated extremely poorly the first time I questioned him. If you want a dentist that doesn't care about you please go to his office as his staff is pleasant but if you want someone that will treat you with dignity and will work with you, then find another dentist. read more

It took a while to find a provider here I could trust with my oral health. I'm glad I waited a while to find someone as they were phenomenal. The office was gorgeous and had an amazing ambiance. They had a wide selection of complimentary K-cups when you enter the waiting area as well. The staff was very kind and friendly. My dental assistant was caring and showed me everything I needed to know in great detail. It was wonderfully refreshing. I can't imagine going anywhere else after this. read more

I debated on whether to rate 1 or 2 stars and went with one because of the dishonesty and the failure of the owner to reach out to discuss my dissatisfaction with the practice. My review is long but accurate. First the good. I was searching for a new dentist for my semi-annual cleaning and the office was highly rated and close to my home. My first call to them was very professional and friendly- the front office staff was very pleasant at all times. I switched from another dentist so my first visit was consultation visit in which I met with the dentist, Jeffrey Erickson who explained the practice and was given a tour of the office (started very professionally). I was then examined and xrays and photographs were taken of my mouth and teeth. The dentist then came and reviewed his finding on a TV screen right on the wall. I needed a new filling and one existing fillings to be replaced along with a cleaning to be performed. Next step is meet back in their office to go over the charges and schedule the follow up appointment. I was explained the charges which included what Dr Erickson called a "deep cleaning" - a standard cleaning is covered by insurance but my portion of the deep cleaning was $106. I questioned this charge as I get my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 month and never did I need a special cleaning or have to pay extra. I agreed to have the special cleaning done but I did question him if this upcharge was necessary and was told yes. fast forward to my actual visit ...where the bad starts. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist had a cold so she was coughing (behind her mask) and had an obvious runny nose- sniffling. She did blow her nose and washed her hands so I crossed my fingers I would not get sick- (I did not). She was friendly and finished what I thought was quickly- 20 minutes and not near as thorough as I've had with other dentist- average at best. When she was done I asked her if I received a deep cleaning and she said no- it was not needed- I told her to tell the check out gal so I did not get charged for it. At the checkout they tried to charge me for it! I asked to speak to someone in charge and Dr Erickson tried to convince me I received a service worth charging me extra for. I told him that I am 58 years old and have had my teeth cleaned many,many times and what they gave me was no different than I had ever received- he actually argued with me until he agreed to remove the charge. I felt like I was buying a used car! I left the office but called back later that day to cancel my follow up filling appointment. It was just plain dishonesty... they even billed my insurance for the special cleaning which the insurance did not pay. To arrowhead's the credit they did not rebill the insurance so my new dentist was able to reclean my teeth which they said was needed. My new dentist, west valley dental (5 stars) only did one cavity and put the other on "watch" so the difference to what I would have paid arrowhead vs west valley was about a $400 difference. Arrowhead's office is beautiful but I think they are taking advantage of customers to help pay for it. Arrowhead did send over my xrays to my new dentist without charge so I do want to give them credit for that as well. Had the owner reached out to me I would have given him the opportunity to correct their error but he or she did not. read more

This dentist's office is wonderful. The office itself is beautifully decorated. I did not have a long wait and was seen quickly and promptly. My hygienist (Suzy) was polite and explained every procedure before it was done. I was not pushed into extra procedures, but they were offered with cost. Dr. Chase was very polite and professional. He looked at my X-rays, looked my teeth, and gave his medical opinion. My cleaning was quick, easy, and painless. I am highly satisfied and will be returning. read more

Very bad experience. Dr. Chase took 20 minutes to come in after my cleaning, when he still hadn't come I got up and said I had to be somewhere could I just check out? - I checkout and the next day received a phone call from the office manager very angry "correcting me" that I that I had dared to check out without allowing Dr. Chase to examine me after the cleaning and of course incurring an additional $30 fee. Just had the worst experience at Arrowhead Dentistry. Literally, left their office in tears. After experiencing pain while having a filling procedure I suffered anxiety and chose not to proceed with the other fillings being replaced. When informing Dr Chase his response was "whatever, I just work here" instead of clarifying why I didn't want to proceed. When his assistant confirmed I was not doing the other filling replacements his response was "whatever she wants!" Dr. Chase was insensitive, rude and unprofessional. His assistant apologized profusely for his lack of professionalism and agreed no one should be treated like that. She was very kind and caring and explained it wasn't me he was just having one of those days. When it was brought to his attention I was upset, he chose to blame me for his unprofessionalism. Once I stated the fact that he was arguing with his patient he finally chose to apologize. Too little to late. He clearly didn't care when I told him I would not be returning. Told me to let his staff know where to send my dental records. When his office Manager Diana spoke with me and head she too was apologetic and was also surprised at his behavior. She was very kind and caring when seeing how upset I was. We won't be going back there!! If I could give zero stars on this rating system I would. read more

I too have nothing but praise for the front staff. They were nice and kind. However, a Dentist and his staff member named Judy provided my wife a level of service that would be unacceptable in any profession. Me and my wife were excited to go to this office as our previous dentist had been able to take as at the time needed as our schedules needed. I was still unable to attend as my work schedule did not allow. When my wife went in she was treated well by the front office and kindly by all the staff. As the Dentist called her to a office to go over what needed to be done, he seemed to make my wife feel like my 2 year old daughter was an incovenience. Although she is not perfect and crazy at times, she was nervous and quiet holding my wife tightly as she is still getting used to being around adults she doesnt know. After the Dentist had his conversation he told her his assistant Judy would walk her through the rest of what was needed. Judy approached and advised her kindly that they would neex xrays...understandably so. However, my daughter could not be in the room so thay wanted to place her with a staff member. My advised that was something she didnt want. Again, she is only two and we do not know them. Judy's kind attitude shifted into sarcasm after my wife advised her that she didnt think xrays would be dont that day. Judy even stated in a sarcastic way jesturing with hands and body that it would be ridiculous to not expect an xray for a broken bone. My wife frustrated, advised that she understood she couldnt be in the xray room and asked to reschedule. Judy advised that she would not have anything available soon or in the near future. She then rudely advised that parents should have a stroller in which they jeep children and that she could juzt sit her out in the lobby while they did the xrays. My wife declined again. Judy then rudely advised that they would call us, and then said better yet, we should call them when we have a sitter. My wife does not get mad easy, but that set her off. She said thats fine and left. The ladies in the front then pleasantly said goodbye to my wife and daughter. My wife got to the car and took a few minutes to collect herself. If you plan on going to this office, all you have to do is avoid Judy....thats it. Oh...and dont bring kids... read more
