The service here is pretty good, and I appreciated the fact that they gave me a ride to and from my apartment. The actual repair that I had to get done was to have a piece of my down pipe replaced and welded. I hit something on the highway that made a put a huge hole in it. Anyways, I was happy to find out that they would only charge me $150 for parts and labor. Definitely alot cheaper than I expected. My only complaint about this business is that when you call to follow up on a repair, it seems as if they don't know what you are talking about even if you explain you are getting your car repaired. Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone who needs some weld work done. Not sure how they are with other services. PROS: -inexpensive -will give you rides to and from your place(if it's close enough) CONS: -sometimes the receptionist or even other workers there sound lost and confused.

Then they told me they had worked on it but it was fine. This company is very disorganized and keeps poor records. How do you offer lifetime warranty if you have no record keeping? oh wait, life time warranty and 100% satisfaction is a lie... If your belt is locked up or damaged its better to just buy new from the manufacturer then to deal with these con-artists.

Unfortunately I have had a poor experience with this place and will now be seeking another garage so please be cautious with the recommendations you receive about this garage.

They always check to make sure I have accommodations, whether it be a ride, a loaner, or just a cup of coffee while I wait. And when I come back and it costs less than expected. I've recommended friends to go there too, and they are pleasantly surprised that going to a dealership won't break the bank and they get such great service. A few days later, my car has passed emissions and I'm ready for another New England winter. Referred to their body shop. Subaru agrees to pay for repair. When I bought the car, was told loaner car was availables when it needed to be in for servicing. This was the first time I asked to use one. Dealer tells me NO because it's going to body shop vs remaining on their property. This was the one and only time I really needed the dealer to execute on their promise and they have fallen flat. Dissapointed in the lack of integrity for keeping ones word and finding excuses. Not a place I could truly recommend as they failed me in the "moment of truth"
