Another highly satisfied customer! My front driver's side door had several difficult dents and push marks from someone backing into my car. I initially contacted several body shops which told me my car would need bodywork and a paint job. I then contacted Arslan and he promptly provided a quote which beat all other dent repair companies. Arslan arrived at our scheduled time and promptly started working. He spent approximately half an hour diagnosing the dents and determined that due to braces behind the door skin he could not complete the work without additional equipment and time. He also mentioned that it might not be possible to remove the damage completely due to the large and difficult dents. However, he did not charge for the time he had worked that day! We rescheduled for him to come out and complete the work on a Saturday. Due to the door braces he spent the time to remove the door and place it on a special stand. He was very professional the entire time and kept me updated with his progress. I was not expecting the dents and push marks to be completely removed. However he was able to completely remove the push marks and did an excellent job removing the dents, making it look 95% like new. He also buffed out scratches around the dented areas. Arslan performed a variety of ding repairs on three of our vehicles. One Mazda3, one Infiniti Q70S and one Infiniti QX60 SUV. The dings ranged from simple small dings in car doors to two more complicated repairs on the upper edge portions of front quarter panels. I reached out to him on a Thursday, he texted me right back, came out to my house the next day, gave me a fair estimate for all three vehicles, scheduled an appointment for the next Friday, and was in my driveway performing the repairs at 9am that day. Purchased a new car, and after 3 weeks had a dent on the left side behind the rear door. I was pretty upset! We just bought a 2015 Porsche Macan S at a great price because there were a few very noticeable door dings, one quite large, on the passenger side. While we have had PDR done on other vehicles we owned in the past, this was our first time contacting ARS. We provided Arslan photos and he responded in minutes and provided a rough quote range. I slipped on the steps in my garage and my shoulder hit the rear quarter panel on my car, leaving a baseball size dent in it. Amazed and completely satisfied. I contacted ARS Dent Repair to remove some small dings from my Subaru Impreza. Great customer service. I hardly wright reviews, but felt compelled to. Ars dent repair goes above and beyond. The process of fixing the dent was thoroughly explained and possible issues with repairing my bmw. Unfortunately the dent on my hood couldn't be fixed. This was not without effort by Ars in freezing conditions. Ars went ahead and found alternative solutions to my dents, ie replacing the hood. He called local car salvages and located a matching hood. I had one door that was really terrible due to someone's door getting away from them on a windy day and then driving away without leaving a note. I have a really good experience at ARS Dent Repair. My car has dent because of weather damage. It was a little dent on the hood . When I came in in , he told me that he did not guarantee that he could completely fix it because the car is aluminum which is much harder than steel . But I still want to try .
