I know that they did an excellent job by comparison to the crew who unpacked me (or rather dumped all of the boxes onto beds and floors and into bath tubs. Lance Turner led his team beautifully in Mill valley--I only wish I could have flown them over to London and had them unpack me. Moving is very stressful and they made it seem easy.

The wood base feels very solid and you can tell it's real craftsmanship when you see it up close. The cushions are deep but still supportive. I think it which was important since this is our main couch and we wanted it for weekend lounging. The best thing about it is that it doesn't feel mass-produced. I think it has something to do with the overall proportions and the way the upholstery fits into the frame that makes it feel like it was built specifically for our living room space. It took some time to complete since it's made to order, but we expected it. When it arrived, it completely changed the room. We're very happy with it.

As a business owner I KNOW beyond ALL DOUBT that you CANNOT have a flawless experience every time NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT IT. The truth of a great business is HOW you handle the bad experiences and make good on your commitment. Not everyone can be made happy but the important part is that you know you did what was right. They DID WHAT WAS RIGHT and THEN SOME MORE and for that they get all the respect and appreciation I can share with another business owner. Short version of the long story IF you are still reading. They sent me a GLORIOUS art piece for my office. It ended up TOO BIG to get down the hall despite all my planning (entirely my fault) so I had to hire a contractor to take a window out, get it through the window and reinstall. That took weeks after delivery. BUT a few weeks later I am sitting on my couch and my friend declares "shit, it's already torn!". Not quite right, it had an unseen seam, hidden in the pleat. Every time you sat on it, it spread and showed the batting. For WEEKS I fought with staff about it being addressed. They offered solutions then retracted them as not being achievable. Each time we discussed one thing the employee ghosted me for weeks. When the owner took over, he accepted no excuses, owned the problem and dealt with the employee. Then he arranges to ENTIRELY REMAKE the couch to an EVEN BETTER OUTCOME (and I am sure at some significant expense). I had to hire a contractor again to get the old one out (my expense agreeably because THAT was my error not theirs), but he covered all the return shipping, REDESIGNED the entire couch to better specs both for my own staure (made it a bit shorter and a bit less deep, NOT and easy redesign for a mid-century piece like this), made the fusion removable to ensure heirloom longevity and the ability to reupholster in the future, gave me a batting/fill upgrade, changed out the leather to an upgrade, AND stayed on top of communication with me the whole time. 100% satisfied and then some. Many thanks guys. In terms of spending money with a company... I would do it again for sure when I am ready.

Immediately after…read morereaching out, Graham was in touch about a consultation call, talking about what we were looking for, different styles, and got us a quote more or less immediately. Having seen what they'd done for other clients, we didn't have much doubt and pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier we did. They put together some renderings for us with measurements and notes, and when a couple of the items weren't quite what we envisioned they immediately changed the renderings to our specs and sent over the new revisions. They really worked with us to ensure that the product we got was the one that would make us happiest. It took about 3 months for us to receive the final product, but once we did it was beautiful, even better than what we'd pictured. It's definitely the centerpiece of our conference room and almost every client remarks on it. I also want to add that only a few weeks in, we had a brief issue where some epoxy fell from a slot in the bottom of the table. It wasn't anything structural, and it happens from time to time so I mostly just wanted to make sure we got it repaired. I called up Graham and he made it happen immediately. Since we're based in San Diego and PW is in LA, he found a solid woodworker down here and arranged for him to come (at cost) and fix it up for us, which made us feel really valued as a customer. Overall, definitely recommend these guys and their product. The next time I need a custom piece, I'll definitely return!

Greg is a miracle worker. We had him install a one wall mural in our master bedroom. The piece…read moreitself is really intricate it is a mural of a forest and our walls are not standard they are a high A frame shape with a giant door in the middle. I don't think Greg quite knew what he was getting into when he accepted our job request. He arrived on time and set up the room to protect all of our furniture and floors. Then he walked me through the process he was going to take with our architecture, after we agreed on a procedure he started. What we did not know was that we ended up receiving the wrong size in the mural (not ordered from Greg or anyone he knows). Greg found out about the size difference between our wall and wallpaper at the very end of installing it. Due to the way the mural is cut and pieced together he had to place each piece separately and in a certain order so when he came to the end he found out it wasn't going to fit the entire wall. When he arrived at the final roll we found out 8 inches on the side were missing. I am convinced any other person we would've hired would have simply walked away at this point, leaving the wallpaper up with the missing 8 inches. NOT GREG he went above and beyond. What he did next was true artistry... he ended up taking parts of the scrap pieces from the rest of the wall and FIXED the missing 8 inches with his own eye for detail and handy work. He even took colored pencils and DREW IN BY HAND branches and colors on leaves so that it would blend with the rest of the mural. Now the finished product is AMAZING and you can't even tell that part of the mural was missing. HE IS A TRUE GENIUS and ARTIST a one of a kind tradesmen. I am already planning my next project with him in mind. HIRE HIM NOW!!!

Not only was the service he provided amazing, but Greg went above and beyond in my book. One of the walls in the room had leftover wall anchors from the previous tenant. Greg, on his own, removed them and filled the holes. This wasn't even the wall he was working on, but he did it any way, free of charge! I was also shocked that he also added wallpaper to the outlet covers, which I didn't even know gets done. It wasn't a slap and go job. He had to find pieces that matched the pattern on that part of the wall. Detail oriented and time consuming!! Not to mention he made do with the amount of paper I had, which was a bit short. I'm so happy to have found Greg, and can't wait to refer him to my friends and to work with him again. Really a pleasant person! Thanks Greg!!!
