The staff is amazing. They helped us navigate the design of our couch by considering our specific room layout, which made a huge difference in the final result. They are super communicative and were very honest about pricing and lead times from day one. We actually had a few other shops in mind, but the transparency and "easy-to-work-with" vibe here made it an easy choice to stick with them. This store is absolutely amazing! I have been looking for my furniture for years and finally found both of my dressers at this gorgeous place. They - not only - have incredible taste but restore the pieces before they sell them. I was also impressed how they wrapped it up perfectly so it wouldn't be damaged during transport. You pay as much as you do in other vintage stores, maybe even less, and can be sure they worked on it to make it look like new. To top it off, both of the owners were absolutely sweet and very kind. I had just bought a dresser at a different store but wanted to buy a matching set. They took my dresser in exchange for the one I wanted and even gave me a store credit! I couldn't believe it. I am OBSESSED with Vintage on Point! I originally found them on Instagram and have made the drive up from Orange County to see them three times now. I've left with a piece I love each and every time. They are so great at curating both vintage and lightly used, newer statement pieces. They offer an easy and very reasonable delivery service and have amazing prices. I had been on the market for over a year for a vintage glass coffee table for the living room. Last week I went to peruse the selection of this store after an acquaintance referred me to it. What a hidden gem! How pleasantly surprised I was to find such a copious selection of vintage / mid century pieces. I had been saying that at some point in my year long search the table would "find me". Low and behold this stunning Silas Seandel vintage torch cut piece was there in the showroom. My wife found this business on Yelp while were were furniture shopping. We were looking for mid century style and this place came through. We were greeted by a nice young girl that gave us pricing details but needed to call the owners for various questions we had. We placed an order for a "Z Table" that we had seen a week prior the first time visiting. We were told the table had been taken to their other store in San Francisco and she proceeded to call owners and then she told me it would be brought back next week if I made deposit. We immediately agreed, because we didn't want to miss out. We called the store a week later and the owner answered and he told me he remembered me and that table would be at the store the next day at 5. I showed up at 4:30 the next day and the table was not there. The owner calls me at 5 and tells me he won't have possession of it until Monday, 3 days later. I tell him I was sitting in my truck outside his store and that he should have called me sooner. He offered to deliver to us free of charge on Monday but I was unavailable until Saturday and so we agreed they would bring then. The owners show up themselves to deliver and are very nice and friendly. The couple explained the hiccup with the table but did not offer apology. I took away 1 star as we had a get together and did not have a coffee table because of them not keeping to original delivery date as promised and with a deposit. The table is gorgeous and we get complimented on it all the time. Parking at the store is very very limited. There is parking meters out front but good luck getting one. There is some street parking in residential area just around the block. Store is clean and organized. So at the end of the day 4 stars for cleanliness in the store, finished product and not so great communication and terrible parking availability. read more

In a word: perfect. They had the piece I wanted, asked a fair price, and delivered it for free. They were easy to communicate with, and I'll buy from them again! Their shop is a hidden gem full of carefully collected and skillfully refinished midcentury furniture. (Make sure to call ahead to make sure someone will be there if you want to swing by.) There is no sign, so follow google maps and find the gated parking lot off the alley in the back. Unlike other vintage shops with a less curated collection, you can actually see and access all the pieces in their warehouse! I was floored by how many gems they had on hand. Pro tip: watch their Instagram for new arrivals, and don't hesitate to reach out to them with questions. read more

AVOID THIS VENDOR. SHARP PRACTICES! To match an existing chair, we ordered the mid century Larson style lounge chair described in VOP's on line ad as follows: " The walnut frame has organic walnut grain and tone, no color or stains have been added..." VOP required us to pay up front the entire price. After significant delivery delays of over a month after VOP told us the chair was ready, VOP's delivery service delivered the chair inside our home wrapped in a moving blanket so we couldn't see it before unwrapped. Unwrapped, the chair was obviously stained brown with visible blotches in the staining, very different from the on line photo. See attached photos. VOP's delivery service would not take the chair back and said it had no paperwork to sign on which to note the complaint. I promptly called the store to have the delivery people authorized to take it back and emailed photos when nobody picked up. The owner called back, said he wasn't aware of staining and that he would look at the emailed photos and call back the next day. It has now been over a week with multiple unanswered phone messages, emails and a text. I have had a furniture expert also confirm this chair was stained brown. (And even if somebody ordered a stained chair, who would want to get one with this lousy stain job?) There are plenty of honest vendors out there who don't do business this way and who respond when an issue arises. BEWARE! read more

This shop is a "do not miss" when looking mid-century modern. Their stock is incredible, the prices are great, they're very easy to work with, and everything is just so beautiful. Their custom work seems incredible as well. I wanted every single piece I saw! I was interested in purchasing a piano from here for roughly $6-$7k. I discovered a broken key, so I asked if I could have it evaluated by a professional, and they agreed to put it on hold for me for 2 days until the guy could come. I paid $250 to have it evaluated and the key fixed (with the intention of purchasing it). I told them what the piano expert said/how much he valued it at and told them I needed to discuss with my client to make a formal offer. They agreed it was still on hold for me. 20 mins later they then sold the piano to someone else (for more money than it was offered to me), using the fact that I had just paid to repair it and have it evaluated for us to purchase. After all, a working piano has much more appeal than one with keys that stick. I told them this was so upsetting and very unethical, as I just paid to repair it with the intention of purchasing. They were very rude. They then refused to reimburse me for the repair (which I was okay with losing, as long as we decided not to take the piano, but they never gave us the choice), nor did they even offer to split the cost or anything. I know times are tough and they saw an opportunity to take advantage and make more money. But wow. If you value integrity, I highly do not recommend purchasing from here. read more

Had a great experience here - the prices are solid and the selection is pretty extensive. Everyone who worked there was friendly and available for any questions. I talked through dimensions and price on what I was looking for with Yessica and she took me to a piece out front that I probably would have missed completely without her suggestion. Ended up leaving with the dresser I came for and a tv stand alternative that I've been looking around for for a little while now.
