This is the first time I've had to leave a three-star review. Overall, my experience was slightly…read moredisappointing due to the long wait time. I waited approximately 45 minutes before being called back, which was stressful, especially since my mom needed to step away to use the restroom during that time. Once I was called, however, the experience improved significantly. The nurse who assisted me was very professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would also like to recognize Dr. Gupta, who is always amazing, caring, and knowledgeable. While I was disappointed by the wait, I truly appreciate the excellent care provided by the nurse and Dr. Gupta.

My wife and I have had several ultrasound appointments at this facility throughout her pregnancy,…read moreand unfortunately our experience today was the most disappointing yet. At a previous appointment, I wasn't allowed back during the transvaginal portion of the exam, which I completely understood. However, once the abdominal ultrasound began, the staff allowed me into the room so I could see our babies, and they even provided us with printed ultrasound photos. We appreciated that accommodation and expected a similar experience today. Instead, at our 10-week ultrasound, the radiology nurse, Amber, immediately stated there was "no way" I could come back, even after we explained what had happened at our last visit. She also told us they don't provide ultrasound prints, despite us receiving them before. More disappointing than the answer itself was how it was delivered. The interaction felt dismissive, standoffish, and lacking compassion during what should have been one of the most memorable moments of our pregnancy. We understand that offices have policies, but those policies should be applied consistently. If partners truly aren't allowed and prints aren't provided, then every patient should receive the same information. Instead, we've had completely different experiences from one visit to the next. To make matters worse, communication with this office has been frustrating from the beginning. Getting someone on the phone, receiving clear answers, and scheduling appointments has been far more difficult than it should be. What makes this even harder to understand is that close friends of ours are also expecting and go to a different OB office. Her husband has been welcomed back for every ultrasound so he could experience these milestones with his family. Seeing that level of support elsewhere makes this experience even more disappointing. If you're expecting and want your spouse or partner to be able to share these once-in-a-lifetime moments and see their baby during ultrasounds, I would seriously consider looking at other providers. Pregnancy is an exciting time, and fathers deserve the opportunity to experience these moments too whenever it can be done safely and within office policy. I hope management reviews both the consistency of their policies and the way patients are treated. A little kindness, empathy, and consistency would go a long way.

He explained everything clearly, took his time to answer all my questions, and made the whole screening process feel calm and stress-free. I felt truly cared for and confident throughout the visit. Always asking for consent and personal feedback such as: feelings, thoughts, unlimited of questions. Dr. Lee is genuinely out for us the patients and our best interest. I've met with multiple other GI Docs and left feeling disregarded, minimized, disrespected, confused, and quite frankly treated like a dollar sign. I honestly have never felt more seen and comfortable with Dr. Lee. I don't have one bad thing to say about him or his staff. I highly recommend him! A shout out to Yasmeen. I'm always emailing and calling her, she's so nice, very knowledgeable, patient with me, and so understanding. She works very hard and is on top of everything. I always get a fast response no matter what. Even though it's probably not necessarily her job she always helps me. Not once has she made me bad or an inconvenience to her. She's super friendly, down to earth and still professional. Thank you so much. We need more cool peeps like you and Dr. Lee respectfully of course in the medical field.

Dr Hwang has been my PCD for many years, and he is awesome. He's thorough, patient, understanding,…read moreand caring. I will not leave kaiser under any circumstances. I've been with them for 30 years. I have an awesome TEAM of Drs. I've had two surgeries in the past year, and I've walked out both times thinking, why didn't I have these sooner?!?!?! They've called me at home to check on me before, and how many care providers do that these days? I'm one that writes everything down before a surgery, and I ask a million and one questions. They are all very patient , understanding, and they make sure I feel comfortable before leaving. I'm very much a frequent flyer to this place. Where else can you see your Dr, have X-rays, get blood drawn, and Prescriprions, and be out in an hour or so???? It's not always like that, but I remember the good times.

She kept stalling my pain from these iv fluids when she could have taken them off way before. After hours of waiting for her to finally take them off she was aware of the swollenness and redness it looked but said "it's normal" Now 2 days past I'm in so much pain to the point I felt like I was having a fever so I went to urgent care to find out it was an inflammation infection. I don't recommend the head nurse Rabia myra Sa!! I have yet to hold my baby!!!
