Easy parking, we've never had to wait to sit down (without a reservation), and the service is very fast and efficient. There are indoor and outdoor options. I believe they use a team service model so you get checked on quite often. The drinks look good but I always end up getting the rose soda (rose syrup & soda water-simple but try it!). I had the bowl with lentil, Spinach, rice and the chicken was very thin and dry not like a fresh authentic chicken kabob meat. The lentils over powered the entire dish. This place was ok. Not good not bad. The service was excellent- our waitress was very nice and must've worked for Chick-fil-A before because every thank you she got, she would say my pleasure. We got the calamari and fries for an appetizer. The calamari were definitely not fresh and were very rubbery. I could only eat two or three before my jaw hurt from chewing. The fries were ok, I've had Greek fries before and they were delicious and was what I was expecting this time. Bummer. I had a falafel plate and my husband had the Gyro plate. He said the lamb was good but too thick, he prefers it to be very thin in salads and wraps. My falafel were ok - there was a ton of sesame seeds in them and that was something I am not used too in falafel. Multiple waiter/waitresses, the bartender and a lady who looked like the manager were moving around the floor. We waited for fifteen minutes and our presence was not even acknowledged. This one is a bit of a head-scratcher. Everything started off great: the dining room looked clean and modern, I was seated right away, and my server Kyle was extremely friendly. I placed my order within the first few minutes and then things got strange. I pulled out my camera to start getting my settings in check and from that moment on, I was not acknowledged for the remainder of my visit. Don't get me wrong, nobody was rude and the service wasn't bad: it was just weird. After roughly 20 minutes of wondering if I had become invisible to Kyle my food finally came out. I was really hoping it would remind me of the food I ate in Greece; it didn't. My chicken gyros entree was so bland that I couldn't even taste the flavor of the raw onions. The only things packed with flavor were the Artemis fries, which were actually pretty good. I was finally spoken to again when I finished eating so I guess the invisibility cloak had worn off by then. This could have been a really cool spot, but I highly doubt I'll drive 20+ miles out of my way to come back. read more

We used to love this restaurant, however when I dined outside with my daughter 2 months ago, I was served my Greek Salad with chicken. I had eaten 1/3 of my salad when I discovered 6 eaten shrimp remains mixed into my salad, along with other bits of a different meal. This was the most disgusting dining experience of my 60 plus years. The kitchen had either reused a previously served salad, or served my salad in a dirty, pre used bowl. Either way, the management treated us like Lepers when we discretely pointed this out and asked for a refund of my salad. This place literally stole my money, we ordered $80 worth of food on Thursday night (July 14th) at 8:41pm. I understand they close at 9:00pm but i figured 20 min was enough time to cook some pitas and a appetizer. My wife is pregnant and was starving, i arrived at the restaurant at 9:12pm. They were closed but workers still inside. I came up to the door and showed the lady the text they sent me (picture attached). She stated "Someone came and picked that up already" before i could even say anything she shut the door on me. So In 30 min someone came in and obviously didn't show anything and took our food? This is ridiculous, i even put a tip on there which is gone as well. They either never made it, one of the workers decided they wanted it, or someone actually came and took it. All of them are not our fault and should be the responsibility of the restaurant. When i came back at 9:21pm for a refund, they shut the lights off and went into the back. Im in the process of reporting them to the BBB for theft and i am going to post on every review site possible. I've attempted to call but they don't even attempt to rectify the situation. So they will never get me, my families, or any of my friends business or recommendations ever again. I wish i could give them 0 stars because that's how upset i am over the disrespect.
