I didn't see the end result but my husband was extremely happy. She even cleaned his garage! After my husband raved about her, I made an appointment for her to do a move out cleaning on my house. She did a great job and really took her time. She's respectful, reliable, reasonable, professional, and all around just a good person to be around. Highly recommend!!!

I figured she was a professional service and would bill me when she was done in the afternoon and I would have time to drive out and see the properties. When we spoke on the phone she said she would do the job first thing tomorrow. That should have been my first clue that she wasn't busy and already booked. The next day came and she didn't start until the afternoon, so I was unable to go look at it because she was still cleaning at 7pm. Then she demanded to be paid via venmo before she would leave our properties. She basically threatened to squat unless she got paid and was growing more irate and impatient. At this point I just wanted her off my property before she ruined something and I was trying to be as cordial as possible so she would leave. I was sincerely hoping she did a good job but I had no way to verify at 8pm when I live 50 minutes away. My husband and I went to verify the property was deep cleaned ro a move in/move out standard and it definitely was not. When I text her to let her know we weren't satisfied with the clean she didn't even write back. I definitely don't recommend this service. She is not honest, did not clean well, and basically threatened us before she would leave out property. In retrospect I wish we had called the police to get her off out property. Before setting up a service like this I highly recommend meeting the person and getting a quote prior and discuss how billing will go. I was trying to save time to hurry and get this done and she totally took advantage and didn't do what she said she would do. I do not recommend this service.

I'm so glad I went with them instead of self-managing. Their super host status and many great reviews on Airbnb really raised the profile of my new listing. I'm completely blown away with how good they are at their job. Professional & organized & really great at handling the guests. I'm very detail oriented and so are they. They always make sure everything is repaired, and running smoothly. So good with communication. I went through extensive research to find a good management company for my beloved home that I spent 2 years meticulously remodeling. I have several friends in the area with vacation rentals who have tried bigger management companies and it's been a nightmare. Another friend self-manages and she's had 1/2 the amount of bookings as my property, and it's so much work for her. I'm an interior designer, and I really appreciate how thoughtful they are about the aesthetic of each of the cabins in their collection. Very tasteful! During the re-design phase of the cabin, Jessica and Sean visited multiple times to check in and work alongside us during this process. They also took the time to shop and curate décor at antique markets and vintage shops to give the cabin that extra touch. We're very used to running down to the local big box store to get what we need. I always try to make a list before coming up. Was working on a project and needed some unexpected items. Went over to the True value butcher block. Wow am I glad I did. This place has a little of everything. Every possible tool, Gidget, and things you didn't even know you needed and they have. I was thoroughly impressed. My confidence level of doing projects now has greatly increased because I know just 10 minutes away is this outstanding hardware store. The people working there were friendly. I didn't have any questions so I didn't have the opportunity to see how helpful they are. They have a great selection of every possible thing you might be working on in your home. I went for a quick trip and was there for almost an hour because I was looking in familiarizing myself with all the amazing things that they had. If you live in the area, I need something to finish a project rest assure this place will have it. It also made me feel great to know I was supporting local businesses.
