They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses from xs to 3xL for prom, weddings, galas, and quinceañeras, all at very reasonable prices.I want to give a special mention to the young lady who helped me, she was amazing! So helpful and patient, She asked me what style and color I was looking for, and just by looking at me, she guessed my correct size (which I didn't even know myself!). I picked out two styles, but I wasn't fully convinced. Then she recommended another dress, and it was perfect, I felt so comfortable in it and loved it so much that I bought it right away and definitely if I have any other occasion they will see me again!

No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. I go to pay with my card I asked if they took apple pay they are asking me for my license and to show some type of ID with a picture so I said I left my wallet in my car that's parked around the block in one of the worst neighborhoods. The woman takes the basketball from my hand and the hat and puts behind the counter like I was going to steal it insane transaction totally unacceptable. Don't shop here not worth I went out to get my wallet and returned back and paid for the items lucky for them I promised my grandson I would come back home with a small basketball if not I would have left and never return to such a horrible store !! We have been to Estelles, Davids bridal and even the dress section for juniors at Macy's and Bloomingdales. Sizing was difficult if your dress size is bigger than a size 8, colors are limited as most places will only have few color choices and fabrics. So my daughter would end up trying the dress she that was most close to her ideal dress. Pricing was another issue, by far Estelles was the most expensive to find a custom fitted dress. With all of that we were lucky to find this dress shop that has dresses, tuxedos and limousine rentals. We could have have saved a few more dollars if we had ordered directly from the dress makers but to avoid headaches we had my daughter measured with a dress that was form fitting to what she was looking for. We saw color samples of the different choice materials and of course she wanted lots of bling for the occasion. The dress was ordered in Late July and we just received the call a week ago that it finally has arrived. Today we went for a fitting and to make sure that the fabric and bling are exactly what we had envision. I am happy to report that we are all very happy so far with what we have experienced. Be aware if you decided to pay cash, you can save on the tax. The price of the dress does not include the pressing or the petty coat ring skirt. We are actually 2 weeks away from the final delivery date as there are some alterations that the dress requires. Stay tuned for the reveal... I was looking for a custom made tuxedo as well for my self. However, they only rent tuxedos; so i will stick to buying one at century 21.

I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.
