Second time at AP this time with a fairly regular dietary restriction (in my world of psychotic biohacking and wellness) of being low to no gluten. We ordered the large salad with lots of Fixins like provolone, pepperoni, black olives and red onion--. Very generous portion with fresh ingredients! To nit pick I would suggest less iceberg or none really in place for romaine or a mix of romaine and spring mix. I mean, why would anyone dumb down a salad with a hamburger topping? The Margherita pizza on Rudi's GF crust was quite delicious!! Real thick slabs of genuine mozzarella, not the sprinkle "with anti caking agent" kind and the sauce looks and feels authentic-- like marzanos that we're pulsed and seasoned in a blender and cooked down.... it's difficult for a chain to make their own GF crust so kudos to AP for coming clean on this and putting it right out there. Antonio's up the street does their own fresh one which is a tad better but this one is quite good. Make sure you ask for a little more well done than normal if ordering it. Artisan pizza didn't invent the modular pizza concept, but they've certainly nailed it in terms of execution. The entire process is made extremely simple, and the staff are very helpful when it comes to first time experiences. I actually found the place by accident, and I'm very glad I did. I got a pizza with the white sauce, 3 different cheese, 3 different veggies, and 3 different meats. They really do let you get whatever you want, but what sets artisan pizza apart from chains such as mod pizza is the pizza crust. The pizza crust at artisan pizza tastes significantly better when compared to its competitors, and i can wholeheartedly recommend it if you're in the area. The only downside of the place is that it's kind of out of the way, but they more than make up for it with their friendly service and great pizza. read more

Picked up pizza and was completely burned and we couldn't even eat it. I called and the owner said he made it himself and didn't "believe he burned it". Well here is photos. Unprofessional response from a owner. Why would someone call and complain about burned pizza if it wasn't burned? The owner should of not questioned this at all. Also to add from another time I went here. they make you grab your pizza at the front from trays that just came out of a wood burning oven and it burned my fingers really bad. Artisan 'Za is an exceptionally clean, made-to-order, individual pizza shoppe in the south part of Parker. If you've been to Blaze or Mod Pizza, this is the same model, and luckily, they're all pretty good. The staff here is great and will accommodate pretty much anything that you want to try on a pizza. They'll let you get pizzas on their menu and adjust them, make your own where one half is completely different from another, and they'll walk you through the process if it's your first time there. I really enjoyed the level of service here. They're not the BEST tasting pizzas in the world, but they're pretty good! The dough is a little too bready to be perfect, but the fun of a place like this is being able to make your own creation and own it for how good or not good it is. It's really up to you to make an pretty ok pizza transform into a good pizza. Also, the inside was as clean as they get for a quick serve restaurant like this. I'll definitely be back. read more

Stopped in for the first time last night with some friends. Nice bright space that was pretty packed for a Thursday night at 6:30 PM - though by the time we left it was emptied out. Tip: Go later in the evening. You can either pick your own toppings or choose from a menu of suggestions. The hubs and I each picked from the menu of pizza - I thought it was odd that almost all of them had italian sausage as a topping. Not bad odd, just odd. Mine had ricotta, Italian sausage, white garlic sauce and lemon. The lemon was a nice bright addition and I really liked it. The range of toppings for the build your own looked pretty extensive. However, the crust...oh, the crust...it was chewy, too chewy and a little tough. It was also undercooked, which also meant the cheese wasn't melty enough. Two individual pizzas, two cans of San Pellegrino and a 15% tip was around $30.00. They haven't been open that long, so we'll definitely give them another try soon. read more

We are new to this part of town and have been in search of good pizza in the area This pizza is very good, pizza oven with creative pizza selections, reasonable prices. We will go back and try other types of pizza. We "ate in", at the restaurant, and couldn't help but notice all the help behind the counter. There were 6 teens, all hustling, no one needed to be told what to do. They were all very polite, always greeted each customer immediately when they entered, anticipated what you might need. It looked like a great business model! The crust could use a little more flavor, so rating is 4.5. Don't let that deter you, it's still good. We will be back! read more

Tried Atrisan for the first time last night as we love wood fired pizza. I placed an order at 4:30 for a 5:30pm pick up time. We have a newborn so trying to plan dinners is sometimes hard. Online ordering is simple and easy! When I went at 5:30pm, they asked my name and found my order and realized I had placed it earlier for the 5:30 pick up so I had to wait an extra 15 min, it didn't bother me too much but was really trying to run over and pick it up, not wait. Because in door dining is currently closed you can pick up or order online, the restaurant is cute inside hopefully we can dine in person soon! The pizza was fresh and hot, I thought it was really good. I will be back to order in the future but maybe just go in and order vs trying to plan ahead. We dined in here recently and really loved it. I got a pizza with olive oil, lots of cheese and meatballs. As you order what you want, they make it right in front of you. You do have to wait a few minutes while it's in the oven but it wasn't long at all! Around five minutes I'm guessing. I brought my toddler and they had high chairs for him. The staff wore masks and so did the other customers! The place was very clean. We have ordered togo since dining in there a few weeks ago and will most likely order again soon! read more

First time ordering from this restaurant. Four pizzas: 1. Marinara, shredded mozz and pepperoni 2. Fabulous Fig pizza x2 3. Luisa and an order of bread sticks. I understand these pizzas are wood fired however, ours were literally charred and dry. It was like eating cardboard, especially the pepperoni pizza. The fig pizzas were ok. The bread sticks were dry. I called and spoke to the manager to make him aware, hoping that it was just an "off" night. He said he could not offer a refund because that is how the pizzas come out of the oven. I wasn't expecting a full refund because the fig pizzas were ok but I believe he should have refunded the other 2 as they were charred. My family will not be taking a chance on this restaurant again. Two entire pizzas went out with the trash. Very disappointed. read more

Artisan makes some of the best personal pizzas around. It's conceptually similar to Mod Pizza where you pick all the toppings you want for a fixed price, but the taste is noticeably better. They have a good amount of options for toppings and are fairly generous with them. The pizzas aren't super greasy and they come out fast too which is nice. The staff has always been very friendly with us as well. Definitely worth stopping in if you've never been. read more

Dessert first: Went for a single cannoli. It was delicious! Mini chocolate chips on one end and crushed pistachio on the other. The cream was more sweet and less ricotta-y. The fried pastry dough had a hint of cinammon. And the rest: We decided to order ahead for pick up using the app, which was convenient. We had to wait 30 mins before it would be ready, but that was okay. We ordered a Graciella pizza and Tuscan salad. First, let me say that on taste alone this place would be a 5. There was a good sauce to cheese ratio on the pizza. The dough was light and chewy. It had a great wood fired taste. If we rated on value we leaned towards a 3, the $10 salad did not seem to be worth $10. It was rather small. BUT it was tasty, loved the dressing. Just wished it had more substance. Omg the fig pizza!! So so so good. Pizzas are perfect size so everyone can have their own so no fighting over what is on the pizzas!

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner! The owners are almost always present and it shows. Staff is friendly and always doing side tasks between customers to keep the front area clean and prepped. There are other great pizza places in town, but this remains our go to spot for a quick bite. Salads are a good size, pizza is delicious. It is a thin crust style. The fall fig is our seasonal favorite. I always get the gluten free crust- it's your standard Udi's frozen crust, so nothing spectacular but glad they offer it! read more

Good concept with the build your own. Quality of ingredients is OK. Where it's really missing is two fold... One, the dough. Such an important part of the pizza experience, some say the most. Artisan is completely missing it here. Elastic, rubbery, gummy... For great fast dough check out pizzeria locale... Same price point and concept. Artisan uses some wacky machine which never gets the gluten to express itself like hand tossing can. Plus the ingredients of the dough are of extreme quality at locale. No mention of what the dough is at artisan. Didn't see any proofing with the dough as well. A huge miss. Two, the oven. If you are gonna do a true brick style oven, the dough should have a char. Black bubbles, and a crisp, almost burnt bottom. Watch any video of a rock solid brick or coal oven and you will see my point. Artisan's oven was seriously lacking here. I'll try one more time, but I'm expecting the same. So close, yet so far away. Crank up that oven, do dough the right way, and you have a market in the bedroom community your trying to reach. I just ordered delivery through doordash. I had to write a review immediately after I had my salad and pizza. I got the small Artisan Salad (which had spinach, basil, tomato, lemon, asiago, fresh and shredded mozzarella and the champagne vinaigrette) and the Artisan Pizza (which had pesto, asiago, fresh and shredded mozzarella, arugula, tomato, and prosciutto). And a few other base sauces I didn't try but might next time. The service was great. I ordered a pizza to go for another family member at home and since we dined in, they waited to bake it until later. They even came out to ask so they were attentive. Thank you! I asked for my pizza to be cooked longer and it helped for the center. I recommend this every time. The only thing I might recommend is more salad dressing choices.
