The first thing to note is the hospitality; you can tell this place is family owned and operated and they treat you like a dear friend here. The space is bright and clean, and is comfortable for a date or a family outing. I chose one of the signature pizza options, the Luisa, and honestly this is the best fast-style pizza I've had. The lemon and arugula on this slice pushed it over the edge to a true Artisan pie. And for under $10, I was able to get two delicious meals. Another rare but happy finding was the good selection of CO beers by the bottle and can; they even had seasonal selections from a handful of local breweries. Great place in parker with fresh, personal pizzas for take out. We grabbed 3 pizzas plus a couple desserts for a late night order, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. They have unique topping offerings which made for great flavor combinations. The price was a bit steep, but with the ingredients available it is understandable. I've been meaning to try Artisan since we've moved here last summer and finally got it and it is immediately getting in our regular take out rotation. We got plain cheese, margherita, and Graciella (this one was a 5) and all were deliciou. can't wait to try more varieties soon. Really great ingredients and crust, easy online ordering (scheduled it out ahead of time) was ready for us fresh and on time after a long day. They're smallish, but bigger than a 'personal' pie so for us, 3 pies were ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids with a couple slices leftover. We'll be back soon. read more

Very disappointment with service....was told to call the store because Door Dash driver was sitting for over 20 minutes waiting for our pizza order to be completed. Called the restaurant and was told I had to talk to the manager who then abruptly hung on me. That was a total customer service missed! I love this place!! The pizzas are delicious and cooked perfectly, the ingredients are fresh, the portions are big and the price is low! My boyfriend and I like to go in and each get one of their huge salads ( you can order one of their specialties or create your own) and then share a pizza and it's just the right amount and we leave full and happy. Cherry on top, the teenage staff that work there are very friendly and helpful and actually care about the product they put out. Definitely a new regular spot!!! read more

My wife and I came here for takeout last night. Located off of hess road in South Parker, this is a small, family run personal pizza shop where everything is made to order. Upon arrival there were only one other family in line, and we were able to quickly decide which personal pizza we wanted. The pizzas are thin crust and 11 inch pizzas. I didn't finish mine, but that just means I have leftovers for today! I believe the price was 9$ per pizza so it's a cheap meal and I really like when the small business I support is local and family run. The pizza itself was delicious and loaded with toppings and cheese! There is plenty of parking and you can dine in or get it to go. They have a good selection of Colorado beers and individual wine bottles. Come check this place out! read more

We live in Castle Rock and accidentally stumbled upon this place. Super phenomenal service and really, really good pizza! Wish they were closer to home and we would visit again more often! My husband "made his own pizza" with all the toppings you could ever choose from and I have the fig and bacon pizza. Both were great. Paired with a beer for my husband and red wine with mine. Unfortunately, if you know real pizza you won't be impressed with the Artisan Pizza Co. I wish instead of wasting time making this "artisan" pizza they would focus on making classic Brooklyn style pizza. I also don't believe they know what sauce is. The pizza they have might be visually appealing, but the taste leaves a lot to be desired. Mediocrity paired with higher prices for a smaller pizza is not worth it. I will honestly say that I probably eat too much pizza and I probably eat pizza from the chains more than I should, but recently I had the opportunity to eat pizza from artisan pizza and let me tell you, I would rather eat pizza from this place that any of the chains and here is why. the owners are awesome and they have a staff that truly cares about their customers. The products are made fresh every day and they use the freshest ingredients on their pizza and salads. You can also order your food through one of the apps called doordash. For most Parkerites and their culinary mediocrity, this restaurant would rate 5 stars. I was so hoping I was going to love it, but the pizza is average. After 14 years in CO, we are still pretty much a wasteland for a great pie. They get 3 stars for being so damn nice and having fresh toppings. If it weren't for that they've get 2 stars. The idea of creating your own pie is awesome, but as someone else said in another review they are a bit stingy on the toppings. But that's not my issue. This is NOT artisan pizza. The crust wasn't even close to crispy and had waaaaaay too much chew; it was also not quite thin enough for authentic artisan pizza. My jaws got sore from chewing. If they would just fix this one critical thing it would be 5 stars and I'd go back. Also, don't get the red sauce. It's totally flavorless; basically blended up canned tomatoes of average quality. The marinara was very tasty however. After all, if I'm going to eat the carbs and calories it must be well worth it. read more

I'm torn between a 2 and a 3. Service. Well, that was a one. I went with a friend and she doesn't eat much. She asked the server if she could order the kids pizza (because why waste food, right?). The guy cooking the pizza chimes in with pretty much a hell no. "THAT IS FOR KIDS 12 AND UNDER. ARE YOU UNDER 12?" Really dude? Was that the best you could do? I understand the rule, but there is a much better way to handle and phrase it. It's all about your delivery, and you failed. It actually felt pretty awkward after that. Keep trying to give this place a chance but everytime they mess things up. Waited a half hour for my order before I went in and when I got there they said it would be 10 more minutes. Waited 10 minutes only to be told that they don't even have my order? Then gave me attitude about it like it was my fault? Need a better system or something. If Subway did pizza. OK, depending on who you are that could turn you off but please follow along until the end. You start by selecting from close to a dozen specialty pizzas including my personal favorite the margarita. If none of those strike your fancy you can do a build your own. Starting with freshly made dough rolled out as you order you begin by choosing your sauce, your chees, and all the fixin's you can think of. All nicely laid out in a line for you to pick and choose from. That is where the comparison to Subway ends. All pizzas are 11" which ensures that everyone can have what they want or get a couple or three different pizzas and give everyone some variety. All ingredients are fresh, dough is house made and the pizza is cooked right in front of you in their scorching wood fire oven. The intense of the oven and smaller size of the pizzas means that service is fast even when the place is packed. All the servers are super friendly and it seems to be a popular place for local high school students. That is what is nice about supporting a local business. Not super impressed. seems like a knockoff of MOD pizza. Also it was pretty annoying I wasn't particularly hungry and went in with my kids 9 and 10 years old, they wanted the 11" pizza and I wanted the 6" pizza and the woman behind the counter refused to let me get the kids sized pizza because those are only for kids under 12. I said fine I'll get what my son is having and he will have a 6", not even kidding she said sorry no I can't do that because I already know it's for you ... seriously I said... unbelievable. There is no nutrition info on the website so I called the store to get the carb count for a cheese pizza. I spoke to the owner, John, who said "yeah, I have no clue" in a snarky voice. I said, "my child has Type 1 diabetes I thought you were required to have that info". He laughed at me and said, "no way we don't". Wow, some great customer service straight from the owner. So we elected to give Artisan Pizza a shot after getting a flyer mailed to us. First off, don't be alarmed if there's a long line waiting to order. This joint is setup kind of like Chipotle/ Q-Doba where everything is made to order. The wife unit and I are big fans of simple eats when trying a new spot out. We tend to be return customers IF an eatery can hit-the-mark with simple things. So. My lovely bride ordered a green pepper & Italian sausage pizza where I tried Taylor Street signature pizza. Of note, 1 pizza is more than enough for 1 person but not enough for 2. While the wait to order seemed long (there were 5 people ahead of us in line) by the time I grabbed beer, squared up on the bill and grabbed napkins the pizzas were ready. The green pepper and sausage pizza was spot on. My Taylor Street signature was reminiscent of Al's Beef on Taylor Street in Chicago. Shaved beef, provolone wedges and giardiniera laying on top of a traditional pesto which served as the sauce. Very, very scrumptious. The pizza crust was great. Savory, not too thick and not to thin. Just stopped in here for lunch as I live in the area and have seen this business before and came in specifically because their lunch special was such a good deal. The pizza was really good with quality ingredients and a nice atmosphere. The staff was great and their selection of local desserts is a nice touch.
