I was seated quickly, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I treated myself to a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure. The salon hd a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated that I never felt rushed. Unfortunately, the quality of my manicure didn't quite meet my experience. My guilder gel wasn't as smooth was I had hoped and had a few noticeable bumps, and the gel polish started chipping after three days, which was disappointing considering the service. I've attached photos showing the condition of my nails. In addition, I felt that my pedicure was rushed. The service advertised a 10-minute massage, but it lasted only about 6 minutes. The massage and other parts of the pedicure felt very brief, and I didn't feel I received the service that I paid for. When I returned to show the chipped nails, I was told they could simply file them down. Filing chipped gel polish does not correct the problem or address why the manicure failed so quickly. I would appreciate a proper resolution.I chose this salon because I expected quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations. They ask customers to leave a review immediately after the service, but I believe reviews should reflect the quality of the work after you've had a chance to see how it holds up. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Let me start off by saying that they left my hands soaking in acetone for over 12 minutes and finally once it started burning I pulled my hands out of the acetone. I will never go to another nail salon that makes you soak your fingertips in acetone for that long in order to remove your dip. The person doing it left me there because they went and waxed to somebody's eyebrows. The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I get my nails done regularly and have for years so I know what the shape of my fingernail is. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I don't know how it has all these high ratings. If you go there, only go for a pedicure. Never again!
