I ran home from work to meet but no show. I reached out. No response. Ghosted. This company asks for 70% of the cost due "2 days prior to start day." Good luck with that. They can't get to appointments, communicate, or follow up. I get that things happen, but these kinds of companies will trumpet their communication, etc. Buyer beware. So disappointing.

The only issue was follow up on two minor requests which were verbally made and part of the intended scope of work: they didn't shave a section of raised concrete prior to applying the skim coat and they didn't cover a section where an old gutter emptied into a french drain.
