The drawers stuck and the bottom of one of them simply fell apart and we lost part of it. After Chris picked it up, we found the missing piece and I sent him an email. He came and picked it up and put the original bottom back together. You can't even see the seam. The best part of the story is that one of the medallions around the lock on one of the upper drawers had come loose and I had put it into a small zip-lock bag. When the dresser was delivered, it was not installed. He said he didn't find it when he worked on it and I just assumed it got lost. A month later, he called and told me he had found it wedged in the bed of his pickup when unloading another job. He brought it over and installed it the next day! Absolutely fantastic work, the price was exactly as quoted and that included replacing a large oval mirror broken soon after I got it and service was absolutely tremendous! I recommend them highly and will use them again!

I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. As soon as I sent them, he called me right back and patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue. He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly. The leg recliner still has some issues, but Steve even suggested that I could just use it as a regular chair instead of pushing for a paid repair. I picked these up and didn't notice they weren't done as they were put in storage until I got my floor done. I looked and realized this and sent an email.
