We discussed via phone what i was looking to accomplish and she gave me great advice and insight as to what to expect and what they could do. I made an appointment ( love their system easy to reschedule and schedule) and went after work, their hours are very accommodating. Fast forward to the appointment, greeted with infused water and good smells. Kim looked into my skin, and got to work. It was a great combo of relaxing spa and skin care. I suffer from acne and acne scarring. She gave me a plan of action and I feel very confidant going forward with treatments with her. Some highlights, they have a great selection of products and they don't press you to buy, location has plenty of parking and is on the first floor, and most importantly i left feeling great. I can not detail what Kim did, she was working and I was enjoying. I do know the next morning I noticed a difference in my skin already. As it stands I will always have an appointment for treatment to continue on my goal of clear, healthy skin.

For years a struggled with stray hairs on my chin and it drove me crazy. I could feel the stubble, so I tweezed, shaved, waxed and they would always come back. I would get acne spots and other unsightly blemishes from constantly touching my face or manipulating the skin around those hairs. One day I was on Groupon and saw an ad for electrolysis. I was nervous, I was also tired of dealing with these stupid hairs, so I thought, ok, this place is local, let me try a session and see what happens. I called to get information, they told me to prep by not tweezing for a couple of weeks to get growth (shaving was ok). I went in and met Megan Erceg's mom. She was delightful and put me at ease. The space was inviting and bright. For the nervous, there was water and chocolate. When I sat with Megan, we chatted like we were old friends. She told me how she started the business, the challenges she faced, how important it was to be with her family (which keeps growing). Of course I told her my story as well. I love this environment! It's so comforting to walk in and feel like "family." My initial sessions went past the Groupon coupon, but honestly, it was reasonable and the pure joy I felt by not feeling those ugly hairs was liberating. I could feel my smile being brighter and my confidence growing. There is no price tag you could put on the self-esteem I gained thanks to Meg. I went a couple of years with no regrowth, but recently I felt a couple hairs popping up. I made an appointment and Meg told me that stress sometimes causes growth. Guess what, she took care of it for me and said that no follow up was required, but to pop in for clean up as needed. I loved that she didn't try to upsell me and keep me coming back for "maintenance" when it wasn't needed. This is a wonderful practice, they have multiple technicians, a clean facility, products galore if you are interested, no pressure to buy or add services (unless you are looking). Be sure to stop in and get a boost of confidence.
