Art arrived on time and explained exactly what was going on and what it was going to take to make repairs.

I contacted Manny's Heating & Air Conditioning, and they were very responsive. Jerry from Manny's Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional and knowledgeable who diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes, explained the repair clearly, asked for permission before performing each step, and verified the temperature and operation afterward. One important detail: my HVAC is a rooftop packaged unit with indoor access only through a master bedroom walk in closet. There are no building stairs to the roof, so the technician must bring a ladder and climb about 11 feet indoors. This unusual setup made it difficult for me to find a company willing to handle the access, but Manny's was able to take care of it without any issues. It has been 10 days since the repair, and the air conditioner is running normally again. The repair came with a standard 90 day warranty, but honestly the quality of the work mattered more to me than the warranty. I recommend this company.

His crew were clean, friendly, and the communication was spectacular. They kept us up to date throughout the days. Update I believe I had an issue with my system yesterday but Manny send a tech out promptly and addressed my issue. He stands by his work and warranty. Thanks to Manny and his crew my family is comfortable in this crazy heat wave.

After inspecting my aircon Kevin told me he could fix it and save me $$$. Even though it was the weekend he still managed to do the job with great patience under this extreme heat. Kevin does quality work and is honest and I will recommend him to others.

5 stars for Kevin!…read more Our AC unit suddenly wasn't cooling, so we contacted the business, and Kevin was able to come out within just 2 hours! He was super friendly and attentive, and he even kept us updated with his ETA, which was definitely a huge plus and very helpful. When he arrived, he did a diagnostic on the unit. It turned out the pressure was perfectly fine, and all we needed to do was change the filter because it was extremely dirty and was causing the AC to not blow cool air. Here's the crazy part: my fiancé had called another company the night before, and their technician gave us a $1,100 quote for "high maintenance" on the unit. I showed the quote to Kevin, and he was completely honest with us and told us that our AC was working perfectly fine and that we didn't need any of those services! I'm honestly so glad I called Kevin. As someone who doesn't know much about AC systems, it's easy to feel pressured into paying for services you may not actually need. This experience was a great reminder to always get a second (or even third) opinion. As for Kevin, you can absolutely trust his honesty, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. We didn't even ask him to get the filters for us since Home Depot was just around the corner, but he was so kind that he stopped by later and dropped off the filters for us! Highly recommended! We're definitely saving his contact information for any future AC repairs.

They originally booked me for Saturday but told me they would call if an earlier appointment became available. To my surprise, they contacted me the very next day because of a cancellation. Our technician, Fabian, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and also educated us on the importance of routine A/C maintenance to help prevent future problems. I really appreciated that he answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The entire experience, from scheduling to the repair, was excellent. It's hard to find a company that's responsive, honest, and reliable, but this one exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue using them for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with Southwest HVAC…read more I called Southwest HVAC in April to have my AC serviced before summer because I have a newborn at home and wanted to make sure our system was reliable before the hot weather hit. I specifically took the initiative to have the unit maintained ahead of time because keeping my family comfortable and safe was a priority. During that visit, Southwest HVAC charged me $1,000 for a capacitor and a hard-start kit. I thought the price was extremely high, but I agreed to pay it because I trusted that I was paying for professional service and, more importantly, peace of mind that my AC would be ready for the summer. Fast-forward ONLY FIVE MONTHS and my AC won't even turn on. Naturally, I called Southwest HVAC expecting them to stand behind the work they had performed just five months earlier. Instead, I was told I would have to pay another $100 diagnostic fee just for them to come out and look at the system. That's what I find completely unacceptable. You charged me $1,000 to service and repair my AC, and less than five months later the system isn't even turning on--and your response is essentially, "Pay us another $100 and we'll take a look." If you are going to charge customers premium prices for HVAC work, I expect a reasonable level of accountability when the equipment fails shortly after you serviced it. I shouldn't have to pay another fee simply to find out whether the work I already paid you $1,000 for was done properly or whether the components you installed have failed. The timing is especially frustrating because I specifically had this work done BEFORE summer precisely so I wouldn't end up in this situation. I have a newborn in the house, and now I'm dealing with a non-functioning AC in the middle of summer after paying this company $1,000 for service only five months ago. $1,000 in April. AC completely dead in September. Another $100 just to get someone to diagnose it. That is not what I consider good customer service, and it certainly isn't what I expected when I paid Southwest HVAC to service my system. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before giving this company your business. Based on my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the way they handled the situation afterward.
