I had a terrible experience on 10/07/2024…read more I went to this valvoline knowing i needed an oil change and that i had low coolant. I told the worker who was in charge of my services. I said "hey sir, i need an oil change and i believe i need low coolant. I checked yesterday and it looked low to me so please check." He says okay and goes to the hood to check. He comes back and tells me that i have more than enough coolant and that if he puts any more in my bottle would over flow. So i go on about my day and drive my car like normal. Later on that night i parked my car and sat in it for a little while with the car on. I place my car into reverse and my car immediately starts to jump/shake. I turn the car off and pop the hood to realize that i have NO COOLANT. I was devastated!!! This not only may have messed my car up for good but i wasted my money on the services. It's bullshit. Please don't go to this valvoline. If you do go, get out of the car and watch them while they work under the hood because they're illiterate. 0 stars.

I stopped by after work during there peek hours, and even with that mentioned everything went smooth. Everyone knew what they were talking about, seemed like a great atmosphere to work in, and offered a broad variety of services for a reasonable price. Leaving Good Year that was in Saint Mathews because they closed there location, and coming back to this location was a really wise choice.
