I chatted with Antonio that evening, who was flexible on both timing and working within my budget. Once we confirmed details, we were locked in for next-day service. The team's availability was fantastic -- the whole crew showed up the next afternoon ready to work. They gave me a window for when I could expect them to arrive, and texted me updates throughout the day to let me know how they were doing on timing. They were very punctual, arriving 5 minutes earlier than scheduled, and promptly removed the tree and grinded it down in under 2 hours. They left the place pretty tidy overall (almost like they were never there) and were very respectful about the whole process. The tree was in a bit of an inconvenient spot on my sloped yard, and they were great about handling it. After the team wrapped up, I received a call from Antonio to let me know they were all wrapped up and to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and let me know the various payment options. He even provided photos showing the completed job. All I need to do now is convince my neighbor to remove one of their trees, too. I just want to say what a great experience it was to deal with A's Tree Service. From their punctuality in getting a quote (from Jay) to their efficiency and great customer service. We had two trees removed from our front yard and let me tell you, these guys know what they are doing. In just about an hour a crew of four had taken down both trees, roots included, and where on their way to their next job. The owner Antonio later showed up with the truck and another worker to clean up the branches and trunk of the trees and they was done in about 30 minutes.
