First is price - it is a good deal and not over the top. 2nd being the customer service was excellent as in the person on the phone who talked to me about the services and Nick who was present at the time of my appointment. Nurse Haley was very professional. She explained before doing anything which put me at ease. I learned about this company from my sister in law who had her first infusion last year. She has asthma and gets sick pretty easily but when she had the infusion, she didn't get sick even people around her got sick. She had her second infusion last week as the flu season is here. Today I had my first visit at ASAP IVs! Making an appointment was easy. I called the day before and let them know I recently had bloodwork done. They offered to have their doctor review it and make a recommendation. I emailed it over and a few hours before my appointment I had the recommendation in my inbox. I arrived a bit early because I had never been here before but parking on the street was pretty easy. My first impression walking in was, "Wow! This is niiiice!" The environment was clean and peaceful. Despite being spacious, the clinic was broken up into smaller seating areas, making it more cozy. I was greeted by nurse Amanda, who warmly invited me to sit wherever I liked. I made myself comfortable and while I waited for my appointment, I watched Amanda treat the other clients with care the same warmth she greeted me with. Despite me being 30 minutes early, Amanda was sure to check on me to ensure I was comfortable and assure that she would begin my service ASAP. Amanda was able to start me on time. We went over my medical history and confirmed the vitamins I was getting today. She then took my blood pressure and offered me a blanket. Amanda was very good at administering the IV. No poking and prodding! As she added the vitamins, she explained their benefits. Very nice. Overall, this has been a very nice experience! If I feel the benefits from the infusion, I can definitely see making ASAP IVs a part of my self care routine. read more

Had an amazing first IV therapy experience with our nurse Stephanie at our hotel in San Francisco. After a long day of wine tastings, Stephanie came to our room at the Ritz fully prepped and administered some much needed fluids for my wife and myself.
