I was cleaning my keyboard and ended up getting moisture inside my MacBook Pro. At first, everything seemed OK, but within an hour I couldn't use the track pad and couldn't type in a URL to navigate on the net. There were a number of other problems too that made the laptop pretty much unusable. I called Oleg and he made time for me to bring it over right away. One of the many things I like about Oleg is he makes sure you understand what the problem is and what the plan will be to fix it. He also listened to what I had to say which is pretty rare in this day and age. Oleg is just a really good guy and treated me like he would treat someone in the family. He also always kept me in the loop and even dropped off my computer so I could keep working on my own business. He's the poster boy for what customer service should be and, obviously, cares about people. I also thought, for all the time and effort he put in, he was extremely affordable. I'm very glad I found Valueline and I'd highly recommend them for anyone's computer needs in the Northern Illinois region. I needed a computer with specific hardware requirements for a training course I was doing. My own computer didn't fulfill the requirements and I didn't know where to go to rent a computer. If I could give Oleg 6 stars, I'd do that, but five stars is the limit. I had a major C drive failure, the OS (windows) stopped working, and I was absolutely stuck and needed to get back up and running fast. Oleg's response was ultra-prompt, and he was able to get the PC running again. He really cares about your computer problem, and does whatever's needed to fix the problem. Very courteous and friendly as well. I probably should have been doing some kind of maintenance/checking on the PC in prior years, but didn't because I don't know that much about the insides of computers. My computer was refusing to boot and in order to get to the Cmos because it was a bios issue for any fellow nerds who know what that means the GPU needed to be moved but was stuck and refusing to come out.
