Armia Fahim came at 5:00 to fix my dishwasher. My water was standing in the dishwasher. He kept asking how old was it, I advised that it was least than 2years old. He played with the diswasher. Never checked if it was clogged. Finally told me that I needed a drain pump and he charged $300.00 to fix. If I buy a new dishwasher he would install for $200.00. This guys never trouble shooted to see what was really going on. It's my fault I read the horrible reviews for this company, and I thought people weren't telling the truth. These people are just collecting money. They charged me $69.50 to do nothing!!!! Really sad! read more

Recently my dryer would not start. So I called ASAPpliance for service. Over the phone ASAP indicated $59.95 for coming, which would be waived if repairs was done. The technician came, replaced a starter switch in about 15 minutes, and gave me a bill for $270.00. Before he left, he informed me that the switch retailed at about $10.00. So, mathematically, out of the $270.00, apparently the trip cost of $59.95 was included, NOT WAIVED. In addition to the $10.00 switch, I had to pay $200.00 for a 15-minute service, or roughly $800.00 per hour. More than a lawyer would charge! Companies like ASAP are not looking for reasonable profits, but try to suck one-time potential customers whenever they can. read more

I called about my washing machine at 9am. I was given a window for service between 11 and 2... THE SAME DAY! Alek (the technician) called around 10:50 to let me know he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. Dishwasher dispenser needed to be repaired. Tech came out, he was nice efficient and work was done in 20 minutes. No parts were replaced. Bill was $224 which included surcharge for using a credit card. Nice folks but it was highway robbery, way too expensive. Will never use them again. read more

Really fantastic and prompt service! The door cable and spring had broken on my dishwasher and I called several appliance repair companies for estimates. Not only did ASAPliance quote the best price, they were able to get the necessary replacement parts, come my house and repair everything within 3 hours of my initial call!! Every other place needed to order the parts and which would have meant a 4-5 day wait. Eugene was polite, knowledgeable and fast. He answered all of my questions and even offered some advice to help optimize the appliance. They also offer a $30 discount for the first repair, which was appreciated. As Soon As Possible! ASAPpliance is as good as their name! We had simultaneous break downs of microwave and dishwasher. I searched on Yelp, Thumbtack and asked friends on Facebook for repair companies. Not only did ASAP answer promptly, they were here the next day. Microwave was fixed and the dishwasher had to be brought into their office for repairs. Mena, ASAPpliance repairman, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and QUICK. He went into the office the next day and had my dishwasher fully operational. Day three, the dishwasher was completely installed but Mena alerted me to rusted valves which could cause further damage. Our refrigerator started making loud noises over the weekend. I have called LG customer service to find out we were out of warranty. The estimate LG rep gave me to just come and take a look at the fridge was ridiculous. I asked at work and was recommended ASAPliance Repair by couple of my coworkers. Alek with ASAP did such a great job! He figured out the problem with my dryer and then went above and beyond to fix minor issues I didn't even think about. My vent was clogged up and he cleaned that out too. If I had let that go, it could have caused a fire so I am so thankful he noticed and fixed the problem!
