There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either. Even though they may seem higher priced than other companies, you definitely get what you pay for. And Alpine does an excellent job! Definitely hire Alpine for your residential and commercial needs.

In comparison, the HD would require a $350 deposit for a $90 rental. I believe I spent a total of $133 on a Jack hammer, 2 chisel picks, and a wheel barrel. Best part was, I got a refund on a chisel pick without even asking. They asked me if I had used both, which I hadn't, and they just refunded me. I loved that!! The employees are all incredibly friendly and helpful here! Like I said, I was a bit uneasy at first, but once I started talking to someone, I was feeling much better. They didn't have their e-commerce set up, but the CS person sounded OK. Against my better judgement, I gave them my CC info. So, I get a debit on my credit card for $345 ! ! ! They charged $183 to ship 40 lbs (water based, non hazardous) from a warehouse in Las Vegas! Repeated calls to the CS person went unanswered. They are also implementing an online accounting system, but it has never posted any meaningful information and I have not received an invoice. For us, they are a "one and done" business, and would not recommend them ever.
