So I called and left a message and received a call back the following day. I explained to the person on the phone I couldn't get onto their website so she asked a few questions about my house etc. And gave me an estimate and told me when she could schedule. Luckily something opened up sooner than the previous date range so I said yes please come sooner. Since it had been a while since my gutters were cleaned and we've seen some overflow with the heavy rains. They came I happened to be home and they apparently cleared a good amount of debris, since I saw one of the crew carrying a big trash bag with a big wad of stuff at the bottom. They showed up with safety harnesses and safety ropes, but did not use them. This particular crew worked on a roof covered with ice, and they could have easily fallen, but safety was not a concern even though they were given the opportunity by the homeowner not to do the job until conditions got better. Invoicing: 2 stars. What they quote is not necessarily what shows up on the bill. The office quickly corrected the mistake, but if you are not watching the billing, you could easily end up overpaying. Local crew supervision: 2 stars. The cleaning crew is in need of adult supervision. They do a very good end-job, but safety is not even a concern. They could have easily fallen from the roof, and then we would all have a bigger problem with medical and liability issues for both Ned's Home and the homeowner.

I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed.

This company was the only one willing to waive their minimum to help us out and I'm so glad we found them! They were incredibly patient throughout the process, helping us locate the exact replacement and making sure the color perfectly matched the existing shutters. After they…read morehad left, I drove out of my neighborhood and at the end of the street I saw that they had put one of their ugly yellow signs on my neighbor's lawn without the neighbor's permission. It is a criminal misdemeanor to put a yard sign in someone's yard without their permission. I called their main number and a lady answered and I told her about the sign. She just said if I don't like it then I can remove it and didn't seem to really care. Is not my job to remove their illegally placed signs and she did not offer to send the estimator back over and get it himself. Told her I wouldn't be doing business with them for this reason. They provided a service to a friend who wasn't thrilled about the outcome to begin with, but when I called to have the same service done, they repeatedly claimed they don't offer this service yet they have provided this service to other customers. The only thing I can think of is either the receptionist doesn't know what she's talking about or their staff are promising customers to do a service but aren't actually doing it. Either case it explains the low quality of the service provided to others when looking at their work. To add to the mix, the staff aren't friendly, my way or the highway attitude, wouldn't escalate the matter and of course, management is never available. If you have to hustle and desperately spread spam fliers onto people's doors, it's a hint that you can't depend on word of mouth because you're incapable of offering good quality service and customer service. After all, you don't see Maserati ads on TV or anywhere else, they don't need advertisements, they know their value and they can depend 100% on word of mouth and their well known reputation. If I would you, I'd skip this shoddy contractor; they shouldn't be in the business if you ask me and I plan on reporting to BBB, Fairfax County Consumer Protection, VA Commissioner, and not to mention bad reviews everywhere.
