They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. Every transaction with Roof Solutions has felt like a bargain to me.

But in July 2025, the roof started leaking again. Since the roof and they work they did had a warantee, we called ASA to come repair. Twice, they scheduled with us to inspect, and never showed up. They finally did after weeks of numerous calls, voicemails and emails. However -- we never heard back from the inspection, and now, in September 2025 (months later) we had a big leak again. We emailed them to come back out and to hear the results of the July inspection, no answer yet (two days later). Not a great experience with ASA. I'll update this review if the company responds and promptly resolves the issue.

BRAX advertises a twenty five year workmanship warranty, but when their own installed flashing…read morefailed, they shifted blame to the skylight to avoid honoring it. What good is a warranty if they'll find any reason not to stand behind their work. It almost feels like their warranty exists as an opportunity to generate more business rather than honor a promise, since instead of standing behind their work, they make excuses and then turn around and offer additional paid services to fix the very problem their warranty should already cover. We had BRAX Roofing replace our roof back in 2021. Recently we discovered a leak near one of our skylights that caused interior wood rot. We first contacted a skylight specialist, who confirmed the skylight itself was fine, these typically last around thirty years, and told us the leak was likely a flashing issue that should be covered under our roofing warranty. Following that advice, we contacted BRAX. Two of their inspectors came out first and confirmed new flashing would be installed. Their production manager, Daniel Angel, personally confirmed the same, that they'd replace the flashing and repair the rotted wood, and they even arrived with lumber to do the repair, then took it away without explanation. Today we received an email from Boris Cardenas, a managing partner at BRAX, saying they are not responsible, now claiming the leak is from the skylight's gasket rather than the flashing, contradicting everything their own staff told us. Throughout this process, it's felt like an emotional rollercoaster, we were told repeatedly that this would be fixed, watched them bring materials to do the repair, then had those materials quietly taken away without any explanation, and now we're being told none of it is even covered. We feel misled and deeply disappointed after paying for a full roof replacement.

The workmanship is shoddy and the unprofessionalism unbelievable. In mid-2021, we had black metal roofing installed on the majority of our roof and composite slate on another (smaller) portion, along with some rotted wood replaced around windows. First, this company wanted to start work late in the day and WORK THROUGH THE NIGHT. Which is seriously odd, right? We allowed it some of the time, but people have to sleep and they are installing a roof! Sometimes only ONE PERSON would show up for work and sometimes 3 or 4. It took well over a full month for this to get done because people were quitting and no one was showing up. Second, the workmanship is SO terrible. To date, we've had metal pieces fly off of the roof after some wind and have lost shingles too. The rotten wood they replaced with pvc is literally falling off of the house. They offered to replace some of the exterior window thresholds and wood around the windows where there was some rot and NOTHING is secured or caulked. When I hung wreaths on the upper windows for Christmas, I almost fell out of the window because the thresholds are BARELY hanging on. They are maybe secured with 2 tiny nails and NOTHING is caulked. Nothing at all. Look past the the mold on the sides of the house and take at look at these pictures. They also installed pvc where the wall meets the roof where they removed siding, but cut everything into weird, tiny section pieces instead of using a long board to cover the removed siding (again, see pics below) and in some places clearly just slapped it on. It's a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are more horrors to tell, but that's the gist of it.

The company didn't arrive to start installing the new roof until November and only after we threatened to request to have the deposit returned. After the shingles were removed it rained several times and the exposed roof was not properly protected and we had water leakage into the inside of the house causing water damage and stains. The crew of 1-3 people plodded along, doing work a couple days a week only. By December, it was almost impossible to get them to come out and work. At this point due to Mr. Chatterton's infrequent visits to work on the roof, we had other roofers out to look at the roof and identify any deficiencies. Despite Beau Chatterton talking a big game regarding metal roof installation and his installation skills and knowledge all other roofers pointed out problems and indicated that in their opinion the installation was sloppy and did not appear to be done by a professional roofer. Fast forward to January 2023 and the roof was still not finished and still leaking. The overall quality of installation was horrendous to say the least. Bottom line is after 4 months the roof wasn't finished, leaked and looked horrible. We ended up firing Mr. Chatterton and hiring another roofer to finish and stop the leaks. At this point, through being told about licensing and the DPOR website we discovered that Mr. Chatterton is unlicensed. We filed a complaint against him through DPOR and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone who has been affected by this business to do the same.

The estimate was very fair and I felt very comfortable working with him. Giovanni and his crew took their time, made sure everything was tight and took pictures of the work. They did such a great job I have asked for an estimate to replace another skylight in our kitchen.
