    Rice for 3 entrees.

We ordered 3 entrees and received enough rice for 1 entree. Additionally, the palak paneer had 4 pieces of paneer. The salad was anemic. Very disappointing in quality. Even the spices were not very well balanced.

Wonderful service down to the point of no return!! These people are so incredibly attentive. Your water will never run low and you will never leave still feeling hungry! The authentic drawings on the walls tell such an intricate story of the owners past experiences! Just watching, you learn so much history and about the culture. It's like sitting in a museum but with food! The food was made with love! You could taste every single ingredient! It resonates with your soul! Very very flavorful. Although this is a buffet it tastes like a 4-5 star restaurant!

The food was good, the service was fantastic and overall this place is very good. However, if you're a spice lover and you are planning to eat here, make sure to make everything extra spicy or else it won't be spicy enough for you. But other than that, this place was great.

Very good buffet. We had a very pleasant lunch buffet experience. Everything tasted very good and not very heavy. Food was healthy as well. Not much oil or salt. Overall I enjoyed my experience here. I concur this is a great place to eat. I am Moby, an India. Food taster and lover and I approve this message

We went there for e Grad party , yes- this place has an adjoining party hall where food ofcourse is catered by the restaurant. The starters was onion pakoda and gobi manchurian. I was won over in the first course of the meal. The chutneys, the pakodas were the right spice. Then there had naans, baingan bartha, paneer curry , veg rice and so the list goes on and on. There was also a bar where drinks were served including chai...ofcourse no Indian party is complete without the chai . The naan especially was really good. I knew there had a restaurant only because I entered the wrong door, and the manager very politely re directed me to the other door where the party was being held. i don't know if the servers were from the restaurant or not, but they were very quick to remove plates, refill glasses and ask if we wanted anything. Overall, they made the day more pleasant than it already was.

They have the best Pinot Grigio and beer / Taj Beer

Riba the waitress is so welcoming and accommodating. She is always the best waitress and goes above and beyond. The chicken tikka masala is off the charts. The naan is moist and soft and fresh and hot. The vindaloo will be the best thing you ever ate. The spicy minced lamb is so good I crave this place all the time. They are so kind and welcoming and high class and quality service. My Indian cousin even approved !!!!!! That's when you know it's worth it. 5 stars!!!

new management and new chef. I am born and bought up in Hyderabad. Needless to say , I have had biryani from one of the best restaurants. Has ordered a chicken biryani her and the chef drove me crazy with the blend of spices and flavors . Must taste the biryani. I will for sure try the goat and shrimp biryani. Yummeeeeee.

Large venue... Great space with a bar area. The place is also fitted with speakers that sound great. However, the microphone didnt sound as great. Perhaps the host did not know how to hold the mic or speak well into it. Due to a heavy rain, the power went out before I arrived. My only prayers was that the food was not off temperature. After about 30-40 minutes the power came back on... "Let there be light...." The food was tasty, but I think I was looking for more curry flavor. The Samosas were great and fresh. The wait staff was clearly stressed and hopefully it is because of the circumstances. Not sure if I will return for a regular order.

I do like this place and find them a good more upscale choice for Indian food. Good service always.

Excellent, clean and friendly. Indian food can be pricey but trust me, you want it to be from a nice place. I won't go anywhere else now.

The crowd kept coming, and by the time we were done, the line appears to have grown to 1+ hour. Tip: Come early, especially on weekends! There was a sign saying that dining time is limited to 1 hour - completely understandable. Most of the clientele are South Asian - a good sign. The interior is clean and pleasant. The weekend buffet doesn't come cheap. We paid around $27 per person before tax or tips. But you get what you pay for - probably around 40 items, more than any other Indian buffet we have been to. This includes vegetarian items, meat dishes (chicken/lamb/fish), dessert, and drinks - including chai tea and rose milk. The quality is very good. We left absolutely stuffed.

Pros -There were a lot of vegetarian options that taste good. I actually thought the vegetarian choices tastes better than non-veg. My favorite veg dish was the mushroom masala fry, and my favorite non-veg was the Virudhu Nagar Chicken Pakora. -We got seated upstairs and although it's a lot of going up and downstairs to get food, I thought it was nice to be seated upstairs near the entrance so we got to see the whole restaurant. The buffet area looks impressive. I liked this portion of the restaurant but do feel that space is limited especially with large parties. -Staff were all very nice and helpful. -There was a dosa station. I didn't get to try because I was just so full! Cons -We went during lunchtime and although we didn't have to wait for a table, it was crowded at the buffet area when getting food, and at times people take a longer time getting food. -The non-veg was a bit disappointing as the taste was a bit bland, especially the curry types which should be bursting with flavors. -They offered a special fish dish but it has bones which I don't prefer. -They did not have my favorite puri when we were there! No Indian buffet restaurant should ever run out of puri or not offer! -There was mango ice cream and a variety of other desserts!

So I often go to new Idli Spots over the weekend to try the best, and then I share pictures on social media. Because of this, a friend reached out telling me she heard that Trupthi was the place that folks in the know visit. It's a iykyk type of place, and apparently the kind of place that other restaurant reviewers keep to themselves ‍. I don't know if all that's true but I had to try it. We went on a Sunday, and the place had a steady flow of traffic flowing in and out. The man next to us kept saying "superb, Maast (Hindi for best), and the like, exclaiming at the authenticity of the dosa and idli, and my anticipation was through the roof. We ordered the Special Trupthi Dosa, and added the filling (masala) to it. And I of course ordered Idli. Food was brought out super quick, and the Idli was soooo soft. Just as it should be! The sambar that was served with, it was interesting. There's usually a lot of vegetables in Sambar- like carrots, drumsticks, etc. I don't eat them, and I'm more interested in the soup around the veggies to dip into. Usually there's more soup than veggies. This was a more solids based sambar, so I had to dig for the soupiness to dip into. That wasn't my favorite experience, but I'll say I am likely an outlier. My husband loves to eat the veggies and drumsticks. The dosa was so good, and had a kick to it. This was definitely a superior dosa than a lot of places I tried! I also did a to-go order of a Vada for my husband, and he said he loved it more than any place he's tried yet. I can't wait to take him with me the next time I go.
