Anyways we set a date , a few hours later he called to let me know his truck broke down! I told him I'd keep his number and give him some time to get his truck fixed. In the meantime I still needed my carpets cleaned so I called out a different company worse mistake I could have ever made. The guy came in the morning about and was out of here by 930. I noticed the carpets were soaked wet. I asked him how long for the carpets to dry he said 4-6. I paid him $400 and tip. I kept all the fans running ect. So I call them at 9pm unhappy because the carpets are still soaking wet. They then brought over 4 floor fans to have it dry overnight. This is becoming a big problem I have 5 dogs that are indoor. Now it's raining outside with my dogs. At the end of all this they blamed me. SMH About three weeks later Bruce called me his truck was fixed and my carpets'!!!
