He was very sweet and did a really good job getting most the mess out in all the places that got gross....but still some stains and extremely wet carpet ! I let them know. There were a couple spots and they told me let it completely dry, and if it was a problem, they completely stand behind their work they would take care of it. I called them today to let them know. I do have two spots that are still noticeable and they tell me in order for them to come out and clean the spots. I have to pay $125 which is half of what I paid them to come to begin with so they don't stand behind their work cause now they want me to double pay them to come do the two spots. I call that a little shady and they don't stand behind their work, shame on you. I have 3 dogs, never asked for a mattress to be cleaned... only the front of the chair... I also knew that the spots affected would be more wet than the rest of the carpet and when Jordan called me back, I was told half of what I paid. I paid 250 and half of that is 125 one spot he did in my bedroom. I didn't even see before and after he did it, it's surfaced.

Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored.
