He respectfully put on booties when entering the house to view the spaces. We viewed three rooms with stained carpeting thanks to my 8 year old twins and dogs. He gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled for a week away so I had time to move furniture. He showed up on-time for the appointment. He lined my floors with mats to keep the house clean. He explained the process and went right to work. He searched each room for stains with a blacklight and pretreated the stains.
